I was surrounded by buildings and watching cars pass by. I realized that I had returned to my original world.
"Earth! I'm back. But how? I was on the Neither Continent with my wives, Rose, Sendra, and Luna." I pondered, putting my hand on my forehead, trembling as I recalled all the events that had happened—from the ice realm to the void.
"I remember Frosty sent me into this illusion world to fix my mana flow. She said that I have to break this illusion and find a way out of here." Recalling her words, I looked around and saw people busy on their phones, ignoring my existence.
"System!" I called out, hoping she could help me with this mess, but I received no response. Fear began to creep in as I shouted again.
"System! Are you there? Please don't play with me. This is not the right time!" I called her name again, my body starting to shake after receiving no response.
"Shut up, you little kid!"
"Who is that bastard shouting so loud?"
"F@ck off, you bastard! Go away and shout in your home."
People walking by heard my shouting. They glared at me and told me to go away. Sensing their hostile looks, my ego was hurt, and I looked at them coldly.
During my time in that other world, where I stood above everyone, I felt rage hearing their loud voices towards me. "You all have such free will with your mouths. I guess I need to teach you all what fear is like. Time freeze!"
I tried to use my powers and land a punch on those people, but my eyes widened in shock when they easily dodged it and kicked me in the stomach.
"Auhhh!"
A groan escaped from my mouth as I felt pain in my stomach and saliva split from my mouth. "What just happened? Wait, my power... I can't use them!"
"You hair of a d@ck!" the man roared and kicked me continuously in the stomach. Others joined him, and I received unwanted hits from them. I couldn't believe this—I was being beaten up by these vile people. Soon, the pain faded, and my vision turned black.
"Huhhhh!" I suddenly opened my eyes and found myself in bed. I looked around and recognized that I was in my room. My head started to ache as I held my hair.
"Huh? What is going on here? Wasn't I in school... I had a dream that I was in another world and met many people. I enjoyed it and made some special memories; it felt so real. Wait, I can't remember their names. Was it just a dream?" I woke up and sat on the bed, looking out of the window. I felt a weird sensation as if something had been taken away from me, but I couldn't figure out what it was.
My heart was silent, my mind quiet, and my hands were trembling. I took a long breath and went to wash my face. I looked around my home, and it was also silent. I used to live with my mother and father, but now I'm all alone in this world. My mom had been cheating on my father; he knew about it for a long time but kept quiet to maintain the appearance of a happy family.
However, our fate never had a path of elation or a future. Mom divorced my father and went away with a dark-skinned man with colored hair. He made my mom pregnant, and she now lives a happy life with him. But why would she do that? She was beautiful, unlike my father with his average looks.
They were engaged by their parents. Mom was hesitant at first, but she married my father and gave birth to me. When she realized that my father had a decent income but couldn't provide her with a luxurious life, she left us for a richer future.
My heart was broken when Mom left me. I used to love her, but she desired money more than love. I thought I at least had a father with me, but it didn't end there. My father suddenly disappeared one day without leaving any trace behind, as if he vanished from the world. After that, my life became hell. Being bullied and treated like trash became a part of every day. If I tried to fight back, the teacher would scold or often beat me in front of the class while others enjoyed my suffering.
I cleaned my face and got ready to attend school. Before I left my house, I looked at my father's picture and called his name, "Suzon, I hope you would have never married that woman and brought me into this world to suffer."
I walked towards school and encountered my classmates who looked at me disdainfully.
"Look at that bastard! He stinks. I can even smell him from this distance."
"Having a single glance at him makes my day worse!"
"He hasn't even ironed his uniform; it's entirely wrinkled. So disgusting!"
They continued to speak ill about me until I heard a very familiar voice that I could never forget. I immediately turned my face to the source of the voice and saw a luxurious car with a dark-skinned man and a woman carrying an infant similar to the man. Many of my classmates were present, admiring the car of a rich family.
"Mom!" I called out her name loudly, catching everyone's attention.
