Airi didn’t understand why there must be fireworks during the day to announce the start of the school festival. It seemed bizarre especially when it seemed like half of the student body doesn’t care and just go on about in their lives. Zoey tells her its tradition and the topic was abandoned just like that. It was one of the topics she started to pass the time as they man one of the food stalls by their department building that doubles as a help desk when the situation calls for it.

This was turning out to be an uneventful first day of the school’s founding festival (and it's just two days). The only upside is, they have approximately thirty minutes left before their shift was done. They were enthusiastic at first, hopeful that they could at least sell a dozen lemonades, but no. They barely even sold their minimum quota!
