''Mikey wait!'' Cal' yelled

''Go away!'' Mikey yelled back, ''Stop following me, I don't want to hurt you'' he said and increased his speed.

Cal' also ran faster and managed to catch up to him, the moment he got near him, he threw himself on him and they both fell over and kept rolling down since they were on a slope. They came to a stop and stared at each other, the stare down didn't last for long as Mikey fell on one knee and held his head ''Ugh… stay away from me, I'm serious'' he said stopping Cal' from coming closer

''Don't you know by now? Nothing you say would make me leave you'' he replied and walked closer to Mikey

''Don't Cal', I mean it… I don't want to hurt you'' he said as he got up with difficulties then took a step back and kept going

''Mikey stop, let me help you… if you keep stepping back you'll fall'' hearing this, Mikey turned around to see what Cal' was talking about, a couple steps behind him was the cliff that led directly down to a lake

''… Yeah'' he breath out ''I'll be fine'' he said before getting into his car and drove off.

Michelle got into the house and went to Cal's room, she knocked before getting inside to find her son curled up under the blanket ''Hey, you alright?''

''Come down, you haven't had your dinner yet''

''I'm not hungry''

''… okay, goodnight'' she said and placed a kiss on his forehead before leaving
