It's all coming together

Raj looked above their heads.

-miner-

'it's all coming to plan' Raj watched them mine for a while before going back up the shaft. "By the way, in the off chance the shaft fails, There is a ladder to your left"

The miners nodded before getting to work. Raj now at the surface looked over his workers. Everything seemed to be going fine, the crops were being tended to and trees were being chopped down. Just like that it became lunch time.

"Hey, can we get something to eat?"

What Raj didn't notice was that due to his new minecraft physique he eats around once a day. "Sure" Raj went over to the community building. "Some of you can become cooks, when you harvest ingredients, put it here and cooks can make it. For now though"

Raj took a stack of wheat out of the chest and made bread. Raj made 40 bowls. Raj placed an entire loaf of bread and water inside of a bowl to everyone.

"Hey being here isn't that bad" A man said to his wife. "Yeah, back at the village it would take 5 days of work for 1 loaf of bread, we got 3 loaves of bread for working 5 hours"

Around the stone fortress multiple conversations took place. "I guess this wasn't such a bad choice" Raj hearing about how much more people had to work gave him an idea. If simply giving them bread made them like being here, then what if I gave them an entire house? Raj stood up.

"Ok everybody, to make it simple I will just build a bunch of houses and you guys can register for them. Raj quickly took out some wooden and stone blocks and started building. In ten minutes raj had made 12 buildings. "I will make furniture later, if you want to live in a house make a line in front of me."

"It's me and my 2 kids" Raj nodded "name?" "Nathan" Raj nodded before making a quick sign. 'Nathan's house' Raj placed the sign above the door to the house. "Ok, I'll make furniture for you later" Raj went on to the next person before repeating the process. After 30 minutes everyone had a house and were resting.

-unimportant side character-

'I thought this would be way worse' after escaping from the village on horseback we followed some people at the front. For hours it felt like we were going nowhere until a stone fort appeared in front of us.

The man named Raj dug open a pathway before appearing above the wall. He asked for money to be able to come in. I luckily had some silver. Unlike when I thought he would make us work to death, he gave us simple tasks. We all had a job, just like at the village.

The difference was we didn't get paid, we got exactly what we needed, food.? He gave us an entire loaf of bread each. Houses? He built 12 and gave us all individual ones.

"This is way better than working days for a slice of bread and having to give half my money for taxes every week, "Like that, the unimportant side character was loyal to Raj. thoughts like this ran out across the fortress.

-back with Raj-

-new achievement, leader-

Raj looked at his arm seeing the achievement. "Huh?" Raj looked at the details. -gain at least 25 loyal followers, and provide them with their wants/needs'

'It's all coming to plan'

-3 days later-

Raj woke up and went outside. In 3 days a lot has changed. For 1, there were now paths in between each "Section '' There were the houses, the farms, the mines, and the man made forest farm. Raj went up the walls.

Everyone else was currently coming out of their houses and getting to work. Raj looked outside. From the 50 people left outside, only 32 remained. It looked like they just stood outside the castle the entire time. Those who left were getting killed by monsters.

"Not really what I expected but good enough" It showed that they all had the perseverance to continue.

Raj broke open a hole in his walls. Quickly, Raj built a bridge over the moat. "You guys can come in, group up with the others, they'll explain the rules" Everyone quickly nodded before coming in. Raj noticed the guard before was also there.

He'll be useful,' Raj re-built the hole in his wall. "All new comers head to the community building for food, after resting grab some tools and choose a job you want to do. If you want to stay you have to work."

Raj climbed up one of his watched towers. Everyone looked to be pretty happy. Even those just brought in. They were heading to their jobs or eating/resting. Raj obviously let them rest whenever but if a job didn't get done he'd personally watch over it.

Over the course of 3 days raj had gotten all the materials required for the forge, but he couldn't build it yet. "I need to expand." Raj saw that it was already pretty crowded around here and the forge would take up a decent amount of space. Not to mention the heat it would produce.

Raj shouted. "Everyone can rest for the next day until I finish" They didn't question what he had to finish but it had to be something with his weird ability to build quickly. After seeing him build 12 houses and another building in 1 day, not even a full day.

In 1 hour he managed to build all of it. Not to mention the crops growing every hour it was basically infinite food. The villagers all went to their house. A few people group up with the newcomers and other's take a nap under a tree.

In the forest farm people had taken to having picnics under the trees. Raj turned away and got to work. First getting all the wooden stakes and filling the moat with dirt. Afterwards raj went out around 800 feet. When raj reached the spot where he made the secret tunnel he stepped back a bit.

At this point you could still see the walls but they were a good 20 minute on foot walk. Raj, seeing this being enough, got to the building. Intending on making his walls much bigger than before.
