SHERLY'S WEDDING BOUTIQUE
POV GREY
My mother had been quick with getting us in to see Sherly. It was only a couple of days later that Marceline, and I were sitting in the white, plush waiting room of Sherly's boutique. Almost everything was in a shade of white, making the room almost blinding to look at.
Sherly, a jovial woman dressed in all floral print, sat across from Marceline. Sherly had given us a giant list of options to help her guide us on what to choose. From floral arrangements to what color napkins we would like for each course, nothing was off the table for choices.
"I know your mother sent down her preliminary list, but I wanted to see what you two wanted as well," she said, handing us the list my mother filled out.
"This looks very...grand," Marceline said hesitantly. Indeed, it was. Everything was set in a warm, grey and navy tone. My mother had wanted to book three separate spaces for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and the reception.
