A FEW DAYS LATER
APOTHECARY SHOP
POV MARCELINE
Ever since the reopening of the store I had only left the shop to go home and sleep. It seems Grey's advertisement was seen by almost all of London. Everyone was itching to try the "famous apothecary shop supported by the Downing cooperation." Even a few reporters had come out to do interviews with my parents and me.
We were only on day four of our reopening and we were still swamped with customers. I had to recruit Sharon to help run the register so my mother and I could be on the floor.
"Oh yes, this will definitely help with eczema," I said, handing over one of our more favorable salves to a woman. She had told me she had come from Dagenham to visit our shop.
"Thank you deary," the woman replied, picking up two more on the table next to me. "My daughter and I have been suffering with this for so long. Those topical ointments the doctors give just never seem to help."
