Little Goblin

Orion took a step forward as he exhaled a large breath of steam. He didn't take out his two main weapons but still had his five other weapons attached to his armor.

Orion circulated his mana and his brain began to work in overdrive. Orion had always had a short temper. Being practically raised on the battlefield, there were many instances when Orion gave into his rage.

Over the years, he was able to calm and suppress his intense bloodlust and rage, but even at his old age, there were some things that would push him over the edge.

However, even if he gives in to his anger now, he can still think calmly and rationally. He would just become more ruthless and savage in his battles.

When Orion saw the bones at the gate, in front of the large metal doors to this room, and even inside this chamber he noticed how some were smaller than the rest.

This could only mean that they were the bones of children and young beasts. Orion was never able to have children, but the orphanages in his domain back on Gaia were always taken care of by him personally.

The children were always treated kindly by him and he made sure they had everything they needed. Orion saw so much bloodshed in his life and children were always unable to escape the consequences of war.

When Orion saw those bones in this dungeon, he became truly furious.

"RAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" The goblin king roared as it tried to release itself from Orion's aura domain but failed miserably. The only thing the goblin king could do now was regain its mobility.

The scene of the bloody ocean and Orion's aura still scared it more than it wanted to admit. The goblin king could move now and threw the arm in its hand at Orion.

"HUMAN! How dare you act presumptuous in front of this king! Your tricks won't stop me from teaching you manners!" The goblin king yelled as it was finally able to gain some strength back.

Orion stepped to the side dodging the arm, but his gaze never left the goblin king in front of him. The goblin king reached beside its throne as it picked up a giant black and red axe from the floor.

"Huh? How could scum talk properly? I must've heard wrong," Orion said mockingly. The goblin king became more enraged as it got mocked for the first time in its life.

"RAAAHHH!!" With another roar, the goblin king charged directly at Orion. Although it was in a tremendous amount of fear, the goblin king's pride and anger was greater than its fear.

It swung its giant axe at Orion's head but Orion didn't budge an inch and stood still awaiting the strike. The goblin king began to think arrogantly again but it quickly got a taste of reality.

Orion punched with his right arm and sent a tight hook directly at the side of the giant axe when it was only a couple of inches away from him.

*BOOM*

The impact almost made the goblin king drop its axe and made its arms tremble from the collision. It felt like a cannon had hit the side of its axe sending it to the side, completely missing Orion.

Before the goblin king could think on what happened, Orion sent a straight punch with his left hand towards the goblin king's chest.

*CRACK* *SPURT*

With a loud crack, the goblin king was sent flying backwards as it spat out a mouthful of blood in the air. The spikes on Orion's gauntlets easily left three holes behind on the goblin king's chest.

*BAM*

The goblin king landed on its back, losing its grip on its axe. It quickly sat up as blood trickled down the corner of its mouth. When it saw Orion's golden gaze, it shivered but stubbornly refused to give in.

"DAMN HUMAN!" The goblin king grew more and more furious. Not because it failed at its attack, but because it kept having a constant nagging feeling of fear in its heart.

The goblin king is considered a disaster class monster only because of the buffs it can give to other goblins. Goblins mature extremely quickly and breed even quicker.

An army of berserker goblins that are unafraid of death are capable of toppling cities and in some cases even countries.

The goblin king's strength is also nothing to scoff at. Being able to fight head to head against orcs and even other monsters that take pride in their strength.

The goblin king's intelligence is also higher than other monster rulers, making it a cunning and despicable existence. The maze it created is proof enough that it decided to place more emphasis on defence and growing strong slowly until it could attack the outside world without worries.

"GGGRRRAAAAAAHH!!!" The goblin king stood up and charged at Orion once more with renewed vigour after picking up its giant axe. This time, the goblin king swung its axe at Orion's stomach attempting to cut him in half.

The giant axe seemed to be coming faster than previously but Orion calmly did a front kick, sending the axe upwards as it pointed at the ceiling, making the goblin king raise its arms up high.

With great flexibility, Orion's front kick brought his foot all the way up to his face. Displaying great flexibility, his leg was straight and touched his chest as if he was reaching for the sky.

The goblin king's eyes opened wide with shock as he saw Orion bring his foot back down with extreme speed.

Orion's boots were atrociously heavy at about 60 pounds each and covered in spikes, followed with a tremendous axe kick downwards, it would be disastrous for anything that comes in contact with these weapons.

*CRACK*

"AAAAHHHH!!!!" The goblin king shrieked in pain as Orion's axe kick landed squarely on the goblin king's shoulder, shattering every bone and mangling it's muscles in the process.

The goblin king fell to its knees and tried its hardest not to let go of its axe with its good arm. It looked at its shoulder and it was a miracle that it was still attached to its body. The goblin king was about to try to stand up again but all it could do was look up at Orion.

Orion's indifferent cold gaze hadn't changed from the beginning and made the goblin king break out into cold sweat.

"BAHH!" The goblin king couldn't rest as Orion kicked its stomach with the tip of his boots, as if he was punting a ball with his toes, sending the goblin king flying backwards.

Orion's boots had spikes at the tip of the toes as if they were claws, so they easily penetrated the goblin king's stomach.

The goblin king lost its grip on its axe as the now terrified goblin king flew in the air. 'Monster! He's a monster!' The goblin king began to think irrationally.

Orion slowly walked towards the goblin king with a murderous gaze. The goblin king stood up as fast as it could and unsheathed a machete from its hip with its good arm. It roared at Orion again and charged foolishly once more.

The goblin king's eyes were red and bloodshot as it became mad when it couldn't accept this outcome of defeat for the first time since it became a dungeon owner. Its rage was overflowing as it lost all rationality and became berserk.

Orion kept walking forward without a care for the goblin king's mental stability. Orion's only thought was to make this creature suffer before it's painful death.

The goblin king reached Orion and began to swiftly swing its machete at his neck. The goblin king spat out a mouthful of blood towards Orion's eyes in an attempt to blind him.

Orion ducked down and spun as he did a leg sweep, tripping the goblin king and sending him falling towards the ground. As the goblin king was still in the air, Orion stood up quickly as he sent an uppercut directly into the goblin kings gut.

As Orion punched the goblin king, he reached for its mangled arm and pulled simultaneously as he punched with tremendous strength. The arm easily ripped out of its socket before the goblin king flew back once more.

"GAHH!!" The goblin king lost all air in its lungs when the fierce uppercut landed on its stomach. The goblin king's eyes felt as if they were about to pop out of its head due to the insane force.

The goblin king was sent tumbling backwards, hitting the throne behind it. As it struggled to come to its knees, it looked at its stomach and saw a deep gaping hole.

The goblin king looked behind it and realized it had been pushed back again and again and finally reached the spot where it was at the beginning of this fight.

When it looked at Orion calmly stepping forward the goblin king's mind finally snapped, "WHY?! WHY?! WHY CAN'T I PUSH YOU BACK?! YOU'RE JUST A HUMAN!! I AM A KING TO MY PEOPLE! THE STRONGEST OF MY KIND!"

Orion was amused by the goblin king's train of thought at this moment, "Why? Hahahah!" Orion laughed loudly for a second before his gaze became cold once again.

"It's simple. It's because you're weak, little goblin." Orion said as he arrived where the goblin king was kneeling and stood before him.

Orion towered above the goblin king and looked down at it without a shred of pity or guilt in his eyes. "The moment you walked down this path... this was your fate..." Orion said as he raised his foot above the goblin king.

"N..NO! S..SPARE M-" the goblin king began to beg before Orion stopped its begging abruptly.

*SPLAT*

*CRUMBLE*

Orion crushed its skull on the stone throne, destroying it under his boot and creating a bloody mess.

"Even monsters beg for mercy? Pathetic..." Orion said with disgust in his tone.
