I looked at the veil confused, it's just a shroud with an occasional clear glimpse from the outside. 


"The veil was supposed to drop! You claimed the throne!" He yelled as he got to his feet. 


"You claimed the throne..." I mumbled what he said as I looked back at the castle. 


"The fuck I did! That's your job, not mine." He raised his hands in mock surrender before pulling me off the ground. 


"No, what you just said... what Noah said.. you have to claim the throne to break the veil. I haven't claimed the throne... yet." I nodded to the castle, his eyes following before going wide. 


"So.. we have to go in... there?" He looked at me with a raised brow, I started walking to the bridge before he noticed.
