It was a little while later when we headed back to the house. Walking through the back door, we found all our parents sitting at the kitchen table.

"What's going on?" I asked. Were they upset about what we did?

"You two should sit down," Said Father. Once we took our seats, he continued. "I had a video conference with the Elder Council, and they have a safe plan for you kids to return to school without worrying about the humans."

"Really? What's the plan?" I asked, feeling curious.

"They are assembling an academy for Guardians from all over the US and Canada for ages sixteen and up. The younger kids will go to a different school." Explained Father.

"Wow, really? So will it be like a boarding school?" I asked

Father nodded, "From what I have heard, yes. There will be a uniform, and the classes will be similar to a normal high school. Still, you will also learn about the history of Guardians and be able to take classes like herbology and even combat training."

"Will we have to share rooms?" I asked,

"Yes, there will be five students per room. It sounds like a good way for Guardians of all types to get to know each other better; some may even find their mates." Explained Father.

"Where will the school be?" Asked Clay.

"The school will be located in the forest of Alaska and will be hidden with magic so it will be safe for you to live freely. It's good to know that our kids will be safe as it grows more dangerous." says the father.

"But what about everything else?" I asked.

"The Elders are still trying to figure that out." He says.

"When do we leave for this new school?" Asked Clay.

"The Elders said the school should be ready by next month. Everyone old enough to attend the Guardian Academy will be sent through a portal. It's the best way we can think of that won't draw much attention."

The next few weeks passed quickly, and it was time to head to the new school. Everyone between the ages of sixteen through eighteen had to meet at Father's house. Five witches created a portal by drawing a pentagram in chalk, then lighting candles to represent each element.

In groups of three, people stepped into the glowing pentagram and disappeared. When it was our turn, Asher, Clay, and I held hands as we stepped through the portal.
