Ice Rink~

I was the first one to rise and shine the next morning, and since Keisuke was sleeping over it meant he was now left at my mercy. Anything was possible, I snickered to myself and quickly found out that Venus for once decided to be on my side, it was deliberately enabling my mischievous behavior by presenting me with this following quest.

'Would you rather wake up your boyfriend in a surprising or unpleasant way?' Considering I wouldn't want to be wakened by any pranks myself, and hardly wanted to be the cause of someone's bad morning, I decided to choose the first option.

But how could I possibly surprise him without showing any malicious intent? I racked my brain to find an answer but then realized rather quickly how there was a way to make it more of a pleasant surprise.

Homie was so accustomed to me rejecting his moves all the time, showing any affection would come to him as a surprise, for now at least. Determined, I sat up on the bed and traced a lot of small kisses all over his face, he looked so cutely confused when he opened his eyelids and realized what I was up to.

"Reveal your true identity! I bet you're just a clone sent by the system to replace Michi."

"That's one wild theory you got there... which part of clinginess you didn't get when signing the contract?" He sat up looking quite dumbfounded, because of my posed question.

"I never signed any contract from you, what are you on about?" At this point, I believed it would have the perfect timing to have a paper with his name appear from thin air, and it looked like Venus read my thought and loved the idea I came up with.

Suddenly from a puff of smoke, a document appeared and landed in my hand, there was Keisuke's name written on it, the dripping marks and red ink made it look like his name was written in blood. He looked a little bit distressed, so he snatched the paper away from my hands, but at first glance, I could tell it wasn't written in Japanese at all.

"Shit I can't read it, have I really made a pact with the devil? Have you fooled me in some way?" I roared in laughter when he asked me that, probably giving him a cue this was just a silly prank nothing more. He sighed in relief as I looked at the content of the document.

"So what does it say?"

"It's written in my native language."

"But you're Japanese." I gave him the, are you for real bro look so he corrected himself.

"Yet you weren't in your previous life."

"Anyway, it's not a contract just a love poem." I pointed it out, and then he proceeded to ask me to translate it for him.

"I'm not the best translator I must say." Sometimes you forget certain words and know them in a different language which was always a pain.

Once I finished Keisuke concluded he liked the poem and then proceeded to invite me for another date.

"You're planning to hang with me until the break is over?" I questioned.

"Yes and since my mom wanted to see you more often how about you sleep at my house tonight?" Forget about me being clingy, right now it was him that was fitter to be described by that specific word.

"What about your Toman activities? I mean we are captains taking care of different turfs, I bet at some point I would be required to go over there to have a look."

"Right there is also a meeting tomorrow." Right on New Year's Eve. So we concluded I wouldn't be seeing this guy's face for the whole day besides the morning and during the duration of the meeting.

Once we had breakfast the two of us decided to go ice skating, we found an in-door rink to visit, I paid for the experience but found my boyfriend frowning when we came thru the entrance.

"Something bit you in the ass?" I asked, bewildered at his expression considering we only just came here.

"I don't really know what to think when you're the only one having to always pay for our dates." I put my finger between his brows.

"So what? I don't mind... besides you're a teenager with no income... and I'm rich... thanks to the system. But if you want, you can pay for as many dates you want in the future, when you find a job." He seemed quite content with this agreement.

So we went out to the rink after we put on our skates, and whatever happened on Souya's date, repeated itself. I could barely keep myself balanced so I was holding onto Keisuke for dear life.

"I don't really understand... you have like over ninety in agility yet you're struggling with something so simple?" He asked more intrigued about how this came to be.

"Well... maybe I'm just too afraid of falling and hurting myself, so the fear makes my legs feel like jellies."

"Relax you won't fall with me around." So at first, he was helping me out, holding my hand and guiding me, however as soon he realized I established some kind of balance and could finally hold my ground without holding onto him, his impatience caught up to him and he sped away like a maniac.

"Who does he think he is? Sonic?" I muttered to myself but decided to just relax while my boyfriend went onto an adrenaline rush ride. We were separated for quite some time and that's when I spotted a bunch of girls surrounding him, it looked like they were trying to flirt with him? Well, I already knew he would turn them down, but the system decided to make a deal out of it.

'Would you rather chase them away by screaming or telling them that those butt-cheeks were owned by you?'

"Let's go with option two." So I came closer and once I was in their vicinity I pushed Keisuke away while saying.

"Sorry ladies, those butt-cheeks are owned by me, his cute girlfriend." They were shocked at the interruption, I wasn't too sure whether it was because of the system's suggestion or that I confidently announced to them I was indeed cute.

"It's not often I see you getting jealous." I just grabbed his hand shaking my head.

"Nope, it was the system's idea..."

"So I won't be seeing you jealous for a while, I guess?" His expression seemed a little conflicted.

"I mean they looked a little bit flirty, yes, but who knows maybe they were just asking for time, besides I trust you to keep yourself faithful to me, so I have nothing to worry about, right?" I pointed out.

"But of course, I come running if any stranger girl bothers you too much." He seemed rather happy I mentioned it.

"How would you like me to play it out, dramatically attach my arm around your neck, saying I'm feeling dizzy so you can have an excuse to carry me away in the sunset or aggressively tell the girl off that if she still dares to look in my boyfriend's direction for even a second longer I will gauge her eyes off with a spoon?" He laughed when he heard the choices he had.

"The second option is kind of hot, not gonna lie." He smirked and send me a wink.

"Noted. If police comes, we run tho." We stayed by each other's side chatting for a while, creating more strange scenarios and how to approach them, until Keisuke decided to play a game of tag.

"Catch me if you can." And he sped off like a maniac.

"Why I am even doing this?" I asked myself but suddenly found him in the crowd, was this his new strategy to skate slowly so I wouldn't notice him? I grabbed his hand while announcing.

"Gotcha." But when looking up at his face, I realized I made a mistake.

"You're not my boyfriend," I said out loud and retreated my hand. Their height and clothes were so similar I didn't even notice the difference until it was too late.

"Sorry, my bad." I was about to slide away, ready to track my dearest Keisuke, but was captured by the stranger, his hand was around my arm.

"Don't be shy~ I bet there is no boyfriend you speak of." I was so shell-shocked by his delusions I couldn't utter a single word for a while.

"No, I really-" He cut me off by pulling me closer, what kind of messed up situation was this?

"Excuse me-" I tried to be polite but it seemed this guy was somehow messed up in the head because he stopped in the middle of the rink and put his hand on my face nearly squishing it.

"You do seem kind of cute." Only kind of? I had enough and was ready to punch him to get away, but then he deliberately made me lose my balance so I would hold onto him for support. My anger was reaching new levels, but before I could act on it I heard someone yelling.

"Get away from her!" Keisuke slid in and punched the guy in the face making him fall onto his butt. Thankfully no one else got injured.

"Oww... that must have hurt." I let out and then looked at Keisuke that seemed to be seeking an explanation, so we slid away from the scene and once I delivered the full story he expressed.

"I should have punched him harder." Thankfully we weren't approached by any staff that kicked us out, but we both agreed to leave this place.

"Pizza?" I asked as my boyfriend seemed to agree it was a fantastic idea and once there I found myself ranting a little.

"Can you believe he called me only kind of cute? That's an offense on the highest level." I complained shoving a pizza slice into my mouth.

"Unbelievable if our paths ever cross again, I will let him have a piece of my mind." Keisuke seemed serious, which caused me to laugh.

"Yes yes do that," I responded as he nodded his head smirked, and cracked his knuckles. Wait did he mean he was going to punch him, again? But it wasn't like they were ever meeting again, considering how huge Tokyo was unless that guy had massive bad luck.

Halfway thru our pizza, I asked.

"Should we buy something for your mom as well... in terms of food?" Was about to spoil his mom with my money as well? Perhaps.

"If you want." Was his response. So once our extended outdoor date was over we returned to his house instead. I was welcomed by his mother, and after we shared the story over some food and tea we retreated to Keisuke's room and spent most of the day, reading manga, taking care of cats, and play wrestling. The last idea being his.
