The Costume

"What happened Mr." Jadi said. He sat next to the man in the sofa. "We were training in our rooms as usual and we heard explosions outside" the man started. On top of the man dress at the right part of his chest his name is written. Jadi looked at the name and the abbreviation added, he perfectly knew what rank he was but what bothered him was his age. He looks like a twenty year old man. In his old home, among the over one hundred thousand troops that followed Mizuna Vonstrucker, there were high ranks and lower ranks. If one has the abbreviation 'ST.' it means the person was one of the highest ranks, and continues from 'SU" which follows those with 'ST.' and the last one 'SV' the common floor members. The 'SV' has the largest population among the rest. Followed by 'SU' and 'ST'.

On the man's attire the abbreviation 'SV' could be seen attached to his name Christian. Jadi wondered why all the rest of the members have been taken and a common 'SV' was not taken, but he didn't want to interrupt the man's story so he kept quiet.

"So we all went outside to check what's up and we saw was large vehicles over fifty packed and some weird people who call themselves Mutants come out of them. They look like humans but they have tails and had a crystal on their forehead. Some had one crystal others had more than one. They rain explosions on us and we were left defenseless. We tried to fight them back but it was no use. One member of their group can kill more than fifty of us. Master Mizuna suggested that we should surrender, but before he that he gave me this device and gave me a paper that had an address on it. He told me to take the tunnels and escape, I should go to that address a boy leaves there. I should give him this device he would know what it is. I was really beaten up but his bargain with the enemy helped to escape". he explained.

"Mutants huh" Jadi said.

"Do you know what they are " Christian asked

"No but I know they are the enemy and upon how you explain them they are strong and fast, giving me the more reason to train hard".

"So you don't know what happened to them after they surrendered" Jadi said in a sad tone. "I'm sorry but yes" Christian also said in a dull tone. "The device, where is it" Jadi asked stretching his hand. The man in his hands in his pockets and took a little round looking device from his pockets. "You know what it is" Christian said placing it in Jadi's palms. "Huh!" Jadi said when he took the device and started rotating it. "Upon your expression you know what it is" Christian said.

"Yes I do".

"So what is it"

"I'm sorry but I can't tell you"

"What!! I risked my life to deliver this to you and you won't at least tell me what it is" Christian said in an angry tone.

"Sir Jadi I think it won't hurt if he knows" Onyakonpon who is standing by said.

He knows everything about Jadi and his people, because some people whose lives have been saved by Mizuna and his troops when they are on missions allow their children to go and serve them. Those children do not mostly have fighting spirits so they are made to serve as maids, butchers and others.

"Why! are you annoyed at me Christian my dad was the one who told me not to let anyone on this secret" Jadi said angrily.

"What harm could I possibly cause if i know what it is".

Jadi wasn't paying attention to Christian anymore, he was wondering why his dad would give him this device. This is because when his dad first told him what it was he cautioned him never to take any if he even find it out in the open or it might harm him. As he was thinking he could hear Christian bubbling about something but because he is not paying attention to him he could not process the words well they felt as if he was speaking a weird language.

"It's okay am going to tell you what it is" Jadi said stopping Christian from talking.

"So what is it"

He ignored Christian's annoyance and started.

"This device is a new technology our people were working on. It's a costume, a high tech one. When I was there my told me it wasn't complete. I think they managed to cocomplete it, but because of the attack they couldn't get to introduce it to everyone".

"So how does this costume look like and what is it's function" Christian asked.

"It can tell you the details about yourselves your strength, speed and the quantity of your pure energy. He said it does all this by checking your cells to pick those information

"Also it's really useful for fighting too". Jadi explained.

"Can I see how it looks like" Christian asked.

"Okay here goes nothing".

Jadi held the device between his thumb and index finger, he then pressed down the top layer of the device and a red light appeared on the between the top layer of the device and the bottom. The device expanded and started forming a glove around Jadi's arm. In a second it had totally formed an attire around him.

Jadi stood there with a black custom on which covered his body from head to toe. The costume had a rectangular glass that was fixed at where the eye should be allowing Jadi to see. It also had its elbows and knee caps being made of metallic. Inside the costume a voice was heard.

"You welcome. Please state your name and rank"

"Ummm, am Jadi Vonstrucker and am rank 'SU' " Jadi said.

" "SU' rank Identified, you may choose a weapon please".

On the inside of the costume he could see a list of weapons on the glass frame Infront of his eyes. Jadi didn't think much and chose sword immediately he saw it in the list. A sword appeared in his hand. It struck fear into Christian and Onyakopon.

"It's fine guys am not going to hurt you" Jadi said when he saw the expressions on their faces.

Sake of his dad he knew more about costume he deactivated the sword and the costume in general with a speech as his dad told him. The device returned into his hands and he placed it in his pocket. Let me show you your room so you can refreshen up. Christian followed Jadi upstairs.

In the middle of the night a figure with the structure of a man dressed like ninja stood on a rectangular bin. He jumped and held a window which is above him. It was already opened so he entered. He saw an old man sleeping soundly with snores.

'According to the intel it should be here' the man thought and pulled out a drawer which is near the old man's bed. A shiny golden artifact could be see on top of a lot of letters. It's slightly reflecting the light produced by the full moon above. The picked it up and closed the drawer. It made a little sound and the old man opened his eyes.
