Chapter Hundred and fifty one

It's wasn't want she expected, how was it possible for that woman to deceive every body, if she was so good like everyone claim then why was she not good to him.

Why was she the worst parent ever, where was she all this while? Making money and thinking about herself that was the appropriate answer.

She regretted going to meet Andrew no matter what they say Tara was the one she recognized as her mother.

"Dad" Josh called as he went downstairs. "Where's Sunny? He looked around but she wasn't in the room and his dad was watching the dishes. 

"She left". "What....why? She didn't Stay long of even saying goodbye did something happened?  

"I think she'll be back soon" his father replied and turned to give him a slight nod, he just didn't understand any of this....did his father did something to annoy her or.....

"You don't have to be that confused, they're things she didn't quite understand and when she's ready to know the truth she'll come back"

"What if she doesn't". "Of course she will come back, the look on her face says a different thing, she clearly wants to know the truth but it seems as if she's not ready till then 

"You seems so  certain". "Course I am, here.... He went over and brought my lunch. "You should eat, I understand that you wanted to give us a little space but it okay to have you around". 

Josh nodded with a slight smile, he just hoped that his father was right. Now he understood that Sunny was having a very big issue with her mother and she just wish that everything would turn out right.

"Sunny believe the opposite of what you said about Rebecca" Josh found himself speaking.

 "And that's where she misunderstood things, Rebecca sacrificed everything for her, she loves her so much and I think Sunny have you under that" 

"I wish she can but why did she leave her for ten years?

  "I don't know Josh, but I think whatever happened when I left was  something that Rebecca couldn't help, she just couldn't leave her daughter just like that even when Sunny's dad took custody of her...

She still stayed close to her daughter". "Did Sunny know about this".

 "I don't think they would tell her that why I said that theirs a lot of things she misunderstood and when she's ready to know the truth I'll be here to tell get all she wanted to know, 

I can't force her to believe me because that won't help....now eat you meal before it gets cold"

She just couldn't understand why they were always condemning her parents just to make that woman look right but the truth was that it was her parents that was suffering because of that woman's actions.

She doesn't know how long she lay in bed in anger and hatred while thinking about Rebecca and those people that had said something bad about Tara.

Until she heard the door opened and Tara was standing there with her usual smile. "Hey angel" Tara walked in to Sunny that was laying in her bed.

She had tried to be extra caring to make sure that Sunny never thought of her mother, she wanted Sunny to keep choosing her over Rebecca and no matter how hard Rebecca tries....

Sunny was no her daughter and nothing could change that. "Hi mum" Sunny turned and tried a cheerful face.

The last thing she wanted was for her mum to get worried about something. "You don't look okay baby, did I do something wrong". 

"No, mum, you know you can never hurt me" she sat up and made room for her to sit beside her. 

"Of course, I would never dream you harm my child, you're the best but tell me since morning, you haven't been happy, are you worried about something?

"It just that I'm really sad about what that woman had made you and dad passed through, it just annoys me". 

"You don't have to think about it, we told you that we're going to sort it out, you don't have to stress yourself worrying about it". "But..... I can't just let it go" 

"Come here, Tara embraced her and gently pat her back. "All you have to do is to make the best results for us and not to bother yourself"

"I love so much mum" "I love you too baby, now smile for me" Sunny smiled and leaned her head on her mother shoulder, she knows that her mother didn't want her to worry but that doesn't mean he won't help them.

They were trying they're best and she shouldn't just sit down and watched them pass through this without helping, Rebecca was back it was time to return what he had taken from her parents.

"Is their no way I could help you and Dad". "Oh, Sunny, I told you, we're going to sort it out baby, it fine, Rebecca did something really awful but we can handle it". 

"But I don't get it, why would she be doing mean, why would she do such a thing". "I don't know darling, she hates your father and that includes me too because I'm his wife too". 

"It still don't makes any sense, why would she hate someone who had not done anything bad to her, she should be appreciative.....

Tara sigh, she was tired of all this silly questions but she shouldn't allow her to see her tired she was for being her with her.

"I don't just know, I don't really know what we have done or where we have gone wrong maybe it because your dad decided to take care of you more than she ever did"

"How could one woman be so evil and now she's claiming that she loves me, what a great liar!

"I'll go and make dinner for us, Dad went on s business trip". "Okay mum, love you". "Love you too darling" Tara sighed in frustration immediately she left her room.

It was really tiring speaking to her, the only reason she have her here with her was to fulfill her duty to her husband and also get her revenge in Rebecca.

She was really tired of keeping up, it was time they send her away, a place far from them and allow her to live her life in peace.

Bringing up a child is not easy but she has done her best and needed time to rest.

Sunny watched Tara leave, she knows that she had asked him not to worry but she couldn't stop herself from doing something, she have to do something about this.

She grabbed her laptop and type in the name she want and searched through it. She couldn't believe that she was doing this but she have to, she was no more a kid as her Tara thought she was...

That's why, she was taking this huge step because she loves her family, she continued until her mother called her for dinner.

And later at night, she spend hours thinking of how she was going to write a  perfect letter. She wanted to sound as formal as ever, she have no intention to bond with her, she only mean business here.

And the last thing she needed was for her mum to find out, she would have to try as hard as possible to hide this away and she have stated in her letter that it was this was only between both of them.

I saw in my office, I was really stressed out because I had slept late last night and I had asked Nancy to meet up with me, I told her that I have a surprise for her.

I had planned on showing her the house that I bought finally, I was taking huge step and I know that she would be really happy about that.

I looked down at my laptop, this was helping me take my mind out on a lot of things, I thought it would be nice if I helped John out here, he needs my help with that.

I hear a knock on my door and looked up to ask the person in "Theirs a letter for you Mam" "From who? I asked waiting to hear the name of any business partners. 

"She's said that her name is Sunny" I stood up abruptly. "Sunny, where is she? She wasn't mistaken, it might be her daughter. "Is she a young girl?  

"Yes, she asked me to give you this". "Where is she now? I asked and tried to calm myself, Sunny had been here and she dropped a letter why?

Did she finally want to meet up with her mother and why did she leave? I collected the letter from my assistant and gestured for her to leave.

I stared at the letters for some seconds, what could she have written to me? Why couldn't she stay so she could meet me? I have a lot of questions but I have to check what the letter says first.

I took a zero breath then opened it,

     "Hi Rebecca, I really need to meet

    you at Golden eatery on friday at 

     lunch hour but I want to

     you to know that this is only between 

     both of us no one should come with

     you or know about this, I'll be 

     waiting for you.

                                                  Sunny.

I read the letter over and over again, what did she want to talk about,she had Finally agreed to see me. 

I can't hide my happiness and at the same my tears, finally I'll would be meeting with my daughter. 

This was what I had wanted, all I could wish for, now my daughter wants to see me but I was curious on the reason she wanted to see me.

I was happy on the other hand super worried at the other hand but that won't stop me from seeing her.

I drove to my new mansion, everything wasn't ready but I was to happy to show it to Nancy, I texted her the location and asked her to come over.

I was at the garage when she pulled up. "Hey sis, she hugged me. "So why did you call Me over". "Because I wanted you to see something, I led her toward the house. 

"What are we doing here? "First tell me what you think about it? I asked her when we're on front of the house. 

"It....beautiful..... She turned to me in surprise. "Oh my God, is this the house you want, it freaking awesome". "Well, actually, I have bought the house already". 

She laughed then I saw tears in her eyes. "I'm happy you've decided yo move on here"  "I'm happy too, come let's check out the interior. 

I led her into the house and we both explore each and every area. "It more like a paradise". Nancy said after a while of silence  "Do you really think so?  

"Of course, it something build out of a wonderful imagination" I laughed and take my time examining the house but I can't just stop myself from thinking about Sunny, she had come over but couldn't stay to see me.

I just wished that I have seen him before she left, I just hope I could convince her that I'm not the woman Sam and Tara made her believe I am.

"Are you okay? You seem lost". Nancy asked sitting in the stool nearby. "I....I don't know really what to think of this?  "Think of what?

I turned to her "Sunny dropped by st the office and dropped this letter for me" I brought out the letter from my pocket and handed it to her and after a while she looked up.

"It.....a great news". "Just that I don't know what has triggered her to see me?  "You don't know that why you have to find out, take you time and I want when this is resolved you would be able to bring Sunny home with you"

The thought of it made me smile. "I can't wait for the day, I just want it to be now". "It takes time but it's going to happen"

Sunny felt a hot pang of guilt inside as she walked home, she shouldn't have done this. 

This was a board step and she knows how disappointed her Tara would be if she found out that she have done this.

But she knows that she have to do this, she can't just sit and allow Rebecca to have her say and get whatever she wants. She need to put this to a stop and this was the best way to do it.

But was she ready to meet that woman? Would she be able to look her in the eyes!  "Shit! She kick the dirt with her foot, she never wanted to be close with that woman but guess she don't have any options again.

God help her if Tara ever finds out, she would be so betrayed but she was only doing this because she cared so much about her family and won't let that evil woman to continue having her way.

Josh stood in front of Sunny's house, he didn't want to text her because he knows that she wouldn't bother to see jon since his father discussion with her.

He wouldn't deny the fact that he missed her and being here and standing here made him close to her, he just wish that she would see the truth in what his father said and would come back. 

He might not understand the type of pain she might be passing through but now he knows that the people she accept as her parents might not be telling her the truth.

He stood there till the balcony door pulled open and he watched Sunny emerge and stare down at him, was she going to come down?

He stood and watched her, would she want to speak with him after their discussion. They both stared at each other, Josh wanted you meet him to tell her that everything was going to be fine, she should take her time.

He wanted to call out to her, to tell her how much he needed her company but that wouldn't help out instead it would worsen the situation.

After a while of staring at each other in silent, she turned back and walked inside, maybe she was coming downstairs to meet him or maybe.....she just went in to lay on her bed.

He waited, hoping for it to be the first but he knows the truth, she wasn't coming down to meet just like they used to, she was still angry at him, at his father, everyone of them.

Gina lay on her back as she watched the clear sky. "Why do you want us to meet here? He asked still confuse, if Jade had wanted them to hang out, Sunny should had been involved but she was only here with Jade.

She rubbed her head to watch her. "You're not answering me" she called out to Jade who sat there watching the ocean move back and forth. 

"Sunny had been withdrawing herself away from us, I'm worried about her" Jade turned to her and she could see the concerned expression there.
