Chapter Hundred and fifty two

"She have a lot of things that she's dealing with, her mum, Tara ....it just a lot". "But we're friends we're always here to help help". "She knows that but sometimes someone just need time alone to sort out this type of issues"

"I'm just worried about her" Gina sighed and kept her fingers on the wet sand "That's what makes you a good friend, I'm worried about her too but let's just allow her to sort things out  just the way she want, we'll  be always here to support her if see's it the needs our help"

Jade saw Gina smiled. "What? She asked waiting for her to speak. "We never thought you would make a good friend". 

"Guess you guys thought wrong"Gina chuckled and bent over where she had successfully written both Jade name, hers and Sunny in the center of the Heart she drew on the sand. 

"Thanks" Jade smiled as she watched it, of course Gina wasn't wrong you worry about friend, Sunny was indeed passing through hard time but no matter what  they would always be there for her.

Tara stood in front of the mirror as she wiped her makeup, she had noticed something for the few days on how worried Sunny had become, she wouldn't let her be like that as a good mother she is to her, she would try her best to make her happy.

She made her way out of the room toward Sunny bedroom. "Sunny, she called softly as she opened the door slowly.

 "Sunny, she called as she opened the door to an empty bedroom, she made her way to get balcony and found her standing there with a worried face.

"Sunny, Tara called and watched her turned slowly to her, Tara didn't hesitate to wrap her arm around her. "Why are you hear all alone? She reached up and touched her face.

"Is Something bothering you, you can tell me darling" Sunny turned to Tara, she had tried for the past few days not to show that anything was wrong with her but she thinks she failed at that.

"I'm...Sunny took a quick breath. "Nothing, I just came out to take some fresh air" she smiled and prayed that Tara wouldn't pressure her to say what's bothering her be she don't trust herself to keep it if she was asked.

"Are you thinking about Rebecca? Tara asked fighting the anger inside of him. Sunny shook her head with a slight frown on her face. 

"I have nothing to do with her, I just...don't like the way things are going". "Hey baby, look at me..... Things are going great, I told you not to think about it, don't think about anything that would hurt or spoil your mood"

Sunny nodded with a smile. "And I told you when your exam, we're sending on a long holiday where Rebecca wouldn't find or disturb your life" 

"Hmm mm" Sunny looked at Tara, the water she had cared and loved her all these years, she's the best and why would someone ever say something bad about her. 

"Mum, she called out slowly and watched as she looked at her in concern, she was never going to hurt thus woman....she wasn't her real mother but she acted more than....

"I... I met Andrew Rebecca's ex fiance or whatever.....  "What, Tara felt her heart sink and immediately felt like screaming in anger. 

"I didn't mean to.... I saw him....I saw him when I was hanging out with my friends, it turns out he was Josh's father and he kinds recognized as Rebecca daughter.....

She finished up there while biting her lips  "Did....did ....." Tara tries to find her voice "Did he say anything to you?  "Nothing....just that I won't understand and be tries for condemn you but I didn't give him a chance to.....

Their was a long pause between them, Sunny never meant to hurt her, she just feels super guilty, she have w lot to tell her but she can see the red signal already.

"Was it the only time you met him" She slowly shook her head in tears. "I...he...invited me for lunch and then he tries to tell me on how Rebecca is a good woman, I didn't stay to hear him out instead I walked out of him....

"Sunny! Tara couldn't hold her temper anymore, it felt like burning flame. "I told you to stay out of anything that's concerns Rebecca but....no! You want to find out any your precious mum!!  

"That's....that's not true....". "Then what? You promise me, you pro my me you'll stay out of this and allow your dad and I sort this issues out then why would you do this?

Sunny shuddered, she have never seen Tara this mad before. "I.... I just wanted you know why Rebecca separated from him because I know it was going to be her fault.....

She's off no good, I just find myself there, I'm sorry mum, I never meant to go against you, I was....just curious to find out more about him.....

"Andy you're happy now! You're happy that someone condemned the woman who has loved and cared for you all your life and praise that one who had rejected you!

Sunny saw the tears in her Tara's eyes and felt more than bad. "I'm so sorry mum, I'll would never allow someone to condemn you......

"Don't say a word, you broke my trust and went against me, you think only about your spoiled self and not about me or your father, I always did everything for you but you choose to hurt me!

"Mum, please..... "I don't want to hear a word from you, I bet you love what you heard" without another word, she left her on the balcony. 

"Such a useless child" she muttered to herself as she walk down the stairs, how dare her. 

She had high hopes that Sunny would never do or try anything stupid but....guess she was wrong! She went right ahead and meant with Andrew, she knows he wouldn't hesitated to tell Sunny everything so that he'll find favor again on Rebecca eye.....

"Gosh!!!! She did everything to make sure that Sunny never thinks if that woman or anything related to her but.... That little...wretch, she clenched her fist in anger and went over to grab some wine.

Sunny stood and watched the exit that Tara has left, this was the first time Tara has gotten sick mad at her. 

She never wanted to make her sad or angry at her, what was she even thinking! She gave her self a slap on the face before slumping time the cold floor. 

"I'm so sorry mom, I never wish to hurt you" she would never forgive herself, it hurts too much, she never meant to hurt the one person that have cared so well for her.

"I promise never to hurt you again, I'm so sorry" she cried burying her head in her arm. 

Tara stayed up waiting for Edward to come home, finally she heard the footsteps coming up to her bedroom. 

"You haven't gone to sleep yet? "No, I was waiting for you" Tara turned toward him and watch him as he dropped his briefcase and loosen his ties. 

"You never stayed up this late....for no reason....What is it? He stopped and wait for her to start talking but Tara decided to keep mute.

"You don't want to talk? "Of course, I do want to talk about it". "Then talk because I don't have enough energy to stand here with you". "Of course, you'll do when I tell you"

"Then stop wasting my time and tell me Tara" Tara dropped the her wine and walked to him. 

"Your dear daughter visited Andrew, Rebecca ex". "Sunny would never do that kind of thing!  "But she did already, she visited him for lunch"

"You told me that she would never try to do anything silly". "But turns out she did" Edward slumped on the bed and dragged his hand through his hair "what did he tell her?

"Sunny told me he tried to convince her on his good her mother is and of course he bad mouthed me"  "Tara, he called full of rage. 

"If Rebecca ever gets her daughter back, that means we loose and she won't, no matter what happen we should  never loose Rebecca to her and that's your friend". 

He stood up and went into the bathroom and left his wife standing there. He would never loose to Rebecca again, Gosh! Why would Sunny do something stupid like that, Andrew wouldn't hesitate!

He feel like hitting her so hard on the face "Fuck!! No matter what happens he would keep Sunny as a lottery he won against that woman.

Sunny stared as her phone rang, first was Josh and Jade and now....Gina was calling her, she clenched her fist and buried her face in her arms. 

She just wanted yo bury herself away and punish herself for hurting Tara, she never meant to.

 Finally she reached out and grabbed her phone, sliding to the answer button "Hey Sunny, I have been calling you for hours now". 

"So sorry, I wasn't feeling like answering". "Is anything the problem?  "Yeah, I.... I hurt my mum and I really hate myself now" "Just take a deep breath, I know you can never hurt Tara on purpose, what happened?

Sunny didn't hold back in telling her, she needs someone who understands, she hated herself more than anything or person she had come across. 

"I never meant to hurt her, I....I was just stupid, I never meant to..... I broke down in tears  "it okay....

"No, you don't understand, I haven't seen my mum this angry before, she yelled and cried because I hurt her so much, I hate myself.... I really do". 

Their were silent for a very long time, Gina allowed her to cry her heart out and calm down. 

"You know you didn't mean to hurt your mum, Just apologize and everything will be okay, she loves you so much and would definitely understand....

Sunny couldn't bring herself to sleep, she wonder what Tara would be doing, she was definitely hurt and she was do sorry and guilty that it was her fault.

She have to apologize the next day and now thinking about it, if she wanted Tara to be happy she have to forget everything about Rebecca.

She was so stupid to have gone there and sent later to her, she shouldn't have gone that far. She would leave it for her parents to take care of it.

Edward made her way to her daughters room she was supposed to be asleep but she found her awake and staring at the ceiling.

"Your mum told me what you did" Sunny looked up as she saw her dad standing by the door.  "Dad, Sunny sat up with tears on her eyes. 

She just sat there without finding the right word to say "I'm very disappointed in you". "I'm sorry dad....I never meant to.....". Edward stared at her daughter in anger. 

"You know Tara loves you so much, you should think twice before hurting her"  Sunny nodded in tears, she excited an angry shout from his Dad but he just kept staring at her for a long minute without saying a word to her.

Sunny watched as he left the room and felt her heart shatter into different pieces.

 She buried her face into her pillow and stifle her tears, she would never try anything stupid in her life again and now she was taking her final decision not to ever think about that woman.

Tara was her mother and she would never think of Rebecca..... She lay her back on her bed and sigh heavily and pray for sleep to come.

Tara watched as Sunny walked in the kitchen the next morning, she hated her for doing what she did but....getting mad at her would dream her away every more.

She need to be closer to her if she wants to know her next move and everything she does. "Mum" Sunny called drawing her attention. 

"Yes Sunny" Tara tried to respond as calmly as she can, she has really made a huge mistake by shouting at her, she just hope that this doesn't cause any rift in their relationship.

"I.....I'm sorry.....". "Sunny, Tara called as she walked up to her. "I'm the one who should be apologizing, I'm so sorry for shouting at you, I...I never meant any of the harsh words I said to you....

I was just angry and....I'm very sorry, please will you forgive your mummy". "You didn't do anything to me, I accept that you're mad at me yesterday but it was my fault, you have every right to scold and shout at me"

"Aww www baby, come here" Tara pulled her close to her body. "Don't say that, I shouldn't have rash out on you like that, of course you would like to know about your mother, who I'm I to keep you away from her.......

You know what....you're free to visit whoever you want to visit as far as it makes you happy by the way I'm not your real mother, Rebecca is". 

"No, mum, you're the one who I recognize as my mum and nobody else, Ik sorry for going there, I made a very terrible mistake..... You're my mum and no one else". 

"It okay, I just don't want you to feel that I'm keeping you away from your mum..... 

"No, you're not, she's a bad woman, she don't deserve me, you're not keeping me away from anyone, I'm the one making that decision"

"My sweet baby is now growing up" Tara kissed her hair with a smile on her face. "I promise not to make you sad again". 

"I know you won't, I love you so much". Sunny buried her face in Tara "I'll always love you forgive me for losing my temper at you, hope I'm forgiven" 

Sunny sniffed back here tears "Come on, don't you cry again, let's instead make breakfast". 

"That's sound great" Sunny smiled linking Tara's hand in hers, she always wanted her to be happy and she would do all she can.

Tara watched Sunny as she blinked away her tears, she have to keep a close eyes in her what if Andrew has told her something that would make her more curious to know about that woman that calls herself Rebecca.

Jeez, thank God that she was stupid enough to tell her the truth, she would have loose the only chance to deal with that woman and Edward would had been all over her.

"So What's for breakfast? Sunny asked looking up at Tara. "Your favorite" she said smiling down at her, this was like a game of cheese and she would never fail instead she would learn all the tricks and rules involve.
