Miguel's pov
"How's favourite boy in the entire world?" Bianca asked as she enveloped me in a hug.
"You're hurting me!" I whined like a seven year old who thinks he's old enough to be hugged by his mother.
"Shut up you sleazy girl,"she smiles "your husbands are not around; you don't have to act like a shy princess," she mercifully releases me from the tight grip she had on me.
" Am not a princess, and last I checked I don't have a boyfriend talk more of husbands!"
I glare at the girl who thinks it funny to tease me.
"Admit it" she winks "we all know you have a thing for the cute handsome males."
Glaring at her without talking, I head towards my locker.
"Your silence says it all,"she smiles coyly"your blushing face isn't any help at all."
I know she's trying to bait me, but I won't give her that satisfaction, she can search for satisfaction anywhere else.
"I don't like them Bianca, they're just friends," I can't help the image that came up in my mind, the image of the kiss I had with Daniel; one that left me panting for more.
"That on your face dear isn't the look of a person talking of friends," she wriggles her eyebrows " I know that look when I see it."
The relentless girl followed me to my locker, and all the way to my first class of the day ( if I failed to mention it earlier, after I returned, I spent two days at home before I resumed school. For the wondering souls out there, no I didn't have another run in with the triplets* sighs* I really wish I did).
"You know you should consider yourself lucky for having mates as handsome as those three dashing young males."
She made use of the mate word, but I made no move of correcting her, I just let her say whatever she wants to say.
My kidnap have made me see things in another light; being kidnapped by a possessed town is enough to make a sane person mad.
"I don't find them handsome."
oh no, I do find them more than handsome with their killer looks and eyes as blue as the sea. I find them hot beyond comprehension "and am a male, how can you think of a male with three males?"
oh I love the image that one made.
The image of me writhing beneath the three dashing young men.
"Who's to say a male can't be with as many males as he wants to?" she narrows her eyes at me"if what you said is the truth, why then do you have a red cheeks?
Why are your eyes glazes over?" she gives me a look of a person who knows it all.
Embarrassed beyond all reasonable doubts, I took a seat near another male to escape from her words.
I can't get anything past this girl at all, not even my professional lies are enough to make her see things the way I do.
She smirks at the place I sat on "if you want your seat partner as of now," she made a motion towards the other occupant of the table " to live enough to tell the tale tomorrow, you better leave here and move to the table you've always sat on since you can to this town," she nods towards the table she's indicating.
"I don't want to sit there today," I know am acting a bit childish, but you can't blame me for not wanting to sit with the trips.
What if I embarrass myself in front of them? now the question of a kiss, what if Daniel wasn't satisfied with me? what if he knows of my amateur status?
"You better do that if you don't want anyone's blood on your head. Leave this seat and return back to theirs before they arrive," she stands waiting for me to heed her warnings.
My new sat mate starts packing his book, his aim prominent to me.
"See? even he knows he's not safe sitting here beside you. Will you allow the poor guy look for a seat while you sit on his?" she gives him a look of pity "poor guy doesn't want to sit at the back but you're making him consider the prospect of doing just that."
Her words made me stand from the seat " am sorry mate, I never want to make you feel intimidated by my presence," I smile at him.
His face froze at my words "Wh....wh.. what did you just call me?" his face had a large amount of fear on it; it's like he's isn't even trying to mask it.
"Mate? aren't you my mate?" I can't understand why he will bothered about me calling him mate. A mate is also the same as calling a person buddy.
"I can never be your mate!"
if I thought his face was filled with fear moments ago, the the fear then holds no candle to the one on his face now.
Looking at him, one will think his life is in danger of death.
"You don't like me? you don't want to be my mate? you're rejecting my friendship?"
I can't believe a person I want to befriend I acting all high and mighty.
I mean who wants to be a friend of a person like him? a stuck up jerk like he is.
"It's enough Miguel; you're misunderstanding him," Bianca tries to take me out of there.
" Allow me to tell him one last piece of my mind," I remove her hands from me " you will never see a person willing enough to have you as a mate since you rejected me when all I called you was mate.
You think yourself all high and mighty to be my mate? you think I throw the title to just anyone? you think I call everyone I see my mate?"
And that dear made the already quiet class more silent than it was.
