Chapter 85 All in this together

       There is one thing that my mom always say to me, no matter how hard things are or how situations try to swallow you or how you try to fit in a world that you don't belong to. It's up to you to make something out of it. Don't let situations or hard times to pulled your down, rather let them be your stepping Stones. 

       We all have our ups and downs and I believe that this is my trying time..

     I sighed and sit up

 "So who am I to UNIVERSE"

I asked her

   "Well you are her first born out of many she has and you are her favorite of they all."

   It's all make sense now,no one wants to let go of her favorite without a fight. She must have a good heart even to let the world have her favorite.

    "So my ever real parents are privileged to see things going on in my life?"

I asked again. I am really sorry that I am bugging her with so many questions,but the cat in me wants to know more.

    "Yes and they are ever close to you than you think,each time you need to talk to them. She close your eyes and wish to see them and they will be with you in a sec"

   She said and I nod my head

"Thanks Tiana,you guys are the best. Every one in my life is really a wonderful person?"

I said and took her hand into mine and gave it a little squeeze.

  "We will do anything for you,don't you ever think you are in this only. We are all in this together and we will see to end of it all,we are here for you"

 She said and smiled at me then withdrew her hand.

  "I asked a question before,what should I offer you?"

She asked and I chuckled. I thought she has forgotten about it.

    "Well,anything you have is fine by me"

I replied and I relaxed.

    "No my dear, you are not a mass, You are an important person so therefore you don't go with what is available. So request anything and I will get it done as soon as possible"

She said, looking all serious.

    What in the world is this?. She is indeed funny.

"I will just take water,it will do"

   I said and she made her way out of the living room. I looked around and  I really admired the structure of her living room. It's all ancient. To the outside world,the place is ordinarily bulit but if you look so deep,you will be able that understand that there are a lots of magic hovering around this place. You can't come here and get away with something without being noticed.

     Within few seconds she returned with a canned water and a glass inside a tray. This is an old way of welcoming guest. My mom does these each time I returned home,it is her welcoming gesture. I am beginning to think that there is more to this that meets the eyes. 

   "I really like this place."

I said the moment she dropped the tray on the side stool.

  "Oh thanks my darling. This has been my home for a very long time. I hope when this is all over,I will get to keep the place".

She said sadly and sat down. 

"What do you mean you get to keep this place,is not yours".

I asked and picked the canned water and opened it, waiting for her to answer. She stayed mute for a little while but eventually answered.

    "The world will know who we are and we will have to go back to Country South".

She replied and I got confused.

   "What do you mean by that?".

I asked arching my eyebrows.

    "There is a coverage over us that makes the world to think that we are ordinary humans like them. So when the war between the warrior princess and the Lord Xexes is over,the coverage will be removed. So it will not be safe for us to  live among the humans again so we have to go back to the South".

 She answered  and I got to understand why she said what she said.

  "Maybe there is way we could all live peacefully with the ordinary humans. There is always a way out in every situation".

I said, reassuring her. I believe things will work itself out.

    "Thanks Gina, you are so precious to me and to the world".

She said and smiled. Maybe I could just be me because this is really who I am.
