We chit-chatted for a longer time, gisting and talking about life entirely forgetting my purpose of coming here at the first place.
Tiana stood up and made away with my tray of water and glass. She returned few seconds later and gestured for me to follow her.
"Let's get to the business of the day."
She said and went over to the bookshelf and it opened. I am not surprised though. I stood up and followed her in and the shelf returned to it normal position.
"The blue moon is tonight by 12 midnight so you will be sleeping over. We need to create the living potion as soon as possible"
She said and I gave a nod. I thought as much,I might stay longer at her place this time around than the last time.
"Okay,I have no issue with that."
I replied and went over to where she was standing, peeping at something.
"What's this?"
I asked, trying to see what she is looking at.
"The ingredients for the living potion, I was able to gather them from the discription you read the other day"
She replied and I nodded my head. I never thought that getting all these will be easy.
"Where in the world did you get all these?"
In the curved like box was cat tooth, bay leaf, rosemary oil, peacock feather, antelope eye and crocodile scrape.
I asked, raising my eyebrows.
"They are easy to get,we are in the world of possibility"
She replied
It's indeed possible because everything is possible. I kept wondering how I could make a living potion with something like these. World of witches.
She saw the look on my face and shook her head, smiling.
"When you are done making the potion, all these ingredients will become so precious to you"
She Said
writer's point of view............
Country South is actually not a known country, people believe that it is a myth. It's a told history so no one has really be there except those that actually know that it exist. And it's only the Southerners, living among the ordinary humans know that the history told is not actually a history but reality
If you are a human and eventually cross the border of South,it's either you come back with no memory of yours or you get stuck in South. It was made in that way so that the magic coverage will be retained but that will not be for long because Lord Xexes is making plans to let the world know that the country actually exist which will not be good for the Southerners.
Lord Xexes has been the worst lord that ever rule the South and the pain of it all is that he refused to die, leaving the people in frustration and fear. if there is something they could do to terminate his rules, they could have done it since.
They can't rebel against him because many has tried but fail,so them trying again will be act of foolishness. They just left their fates in the hand of Nature and Universe.
So when they got the news that their rightful princess and prince lives, they could not wait for the day Lord Xexes will give up the throne but for a tyrant like Xexes,he will not just give up the throne without a fight.
Country South has not really changed a bit,it has retained it beauty. Nothing has really changed. Chris met it the way he left. He has thought that after century, that South will have a new look but he met the opposite of what he expected.
He wondered why his tyrant of an uncle is not doing anything to change it to his taste but what he did not know is that Lord Xexes has made plans with Kings and emperors to use the country as a tourist site, the only thing stopping the lord was the news of him being alive and kicking. Lord Xexes thought of clearing the only obstacle on his way once and for all so that he would not have to give up the throne forever. He will be the most richest immortal lord alive. How Human greed become their hell driven will.
But before South could come into existence,it will require so many rituals and he was willingly embarking on that journey, how the people of South will live if such eventually happens?.
The last person Lord Xexes expected to see at the moment was his nephew, his worst nightmare. A lot of unexpected events are taking place and if to say he is not shaken then he is the greatest liar that ever lived.
