Chapter 165 Double Celebration

 SATURDAY MORNING......

    I sat down at the lounge, a division of the prince's chamber,our chamber walking down my memory lane. It's been quite a journey this two weeks.

    I,Gina Morgan getting married to Chris Homer,my handsome stranger. Fantasy turned reality.

    Mom and Tiana had managed to go to Beverly like Tiana said yesterday and you can't believe what do got for me. I have always told Mom about my dream wedding gown and she surprised me with me,I have been living in awe since then,this makes it more surreal. 

      Xylie and Jack have been chosen to play the groom's guy while I chose Tiana and Nora to be my bridesmaids,Mom has been on her best smile ever since.

     Sitting here waiting for the priest to arrival to bless our Union after that then the coronation, so we are having double celebration today. 

     I managed to step out of the mansion and the kind of love I got from the people was so much. I received so many gifts and blessings.The happiness on their faces brought a lot of joy to my soul and I have a peace I never thought I would have. When you keep others happy,your happiness is sure because seeing them happy makes you happy too.

     After the wedding and coronation,Mom and Nora with Xylie would be leaving south. I had performed a cancellation ritual on Xylie and Nora which will keep them save from the humans,it will be hard for humans to find out who they are truly. They both deserve to find their lives and maybe when everything is settled here,I would aid in her mate hunt. 

     Tiana said she would stay back for a while before going back to Beverly,that will be cool. She will be my tour guard for the time she will stay here. I have places and people I need to visit and one of those places will be my parents' s house and their grave. Let me pay homage to them and receive their blessings as well.

    The door opened and I looked up to see Mom making her way towards me,when she got to me, she enveloped me in her arms. I know she is emotional at the moment,I can feel it.

     "Mom!you can always visit me anytime,any day so please don't be like this."

I said and she pulled apart with tears in her eyes.

  "Oh my baby,I can't believe all these. You finally fulfilled your destiny and you are staying as well,you would not understand that my tears today is tears of joy,your Momma is not sad,she is happy."

She said and I smiled,

"It's fine mom. I am happy too and when I told you I was staying,I meant it. Thanks Mom for everything,I love you now and always,you will forever be the best mom."

     "Don't say that baby,I am the privileged one here. Being your mother was the best that happened to me,I love you too from the dept of my heart. Now let's go, everyone is waiting at the throne room"

   She said and took my hand and we walked out of the room,I was anticipating seeing Chris. I  have not seen him since yesterday. That's the tradition, weird tradition.

    From the lounge to the throne room was like a thousand miles away but finally I got there with a beating heart and there stood my handsome stranger,the love of my life,the people's choice and the son of his father.

   He stood as charming as ever,he felt me and turned with a smile that says,"it's finally going to be you and I only" and I gave my own smile too and it says "definitely,we made it"

    The whole place were filled with faces I know and the ones I don't know,Tiana and Nora walked forward me and stood by my side while Xylie and Jack did the same to Chris.

   We got to him and mom handed me over to him. The priest was all smiles and from the aura surrounding him,he is no ordinary witch. I felt a connection with him but I can't tell why,I waved the feeling aside and focused on what is to come, it's my day and I don't want anything to disrupt it.

    "Friends and family,we've gathered here to witness the joining together of the prince and the princess"

   The priest said and proceeded,all that went through after I could not tell. I was body present and mind absent,it was not my fault though. I think that's how it's done because I could only find Chris around me until he kissed me and I returned back to reality,I stared at him but he chuckled and said.

   "Don't think about it"

   I nodded and looked around to find only two of us not at the throne room but at his chamber,fully crowned. How can I miss my own coronation?,not fair.

    "Baby it is what it is"

Chris said and embraced me.
