Chapter 164 Ring watchers

    "Chris why no princess,don't you want us to have a princess?"

I asked with a deep frown.

   "Is that why you have this frown on your face?,it's not my fault. No princess comes into the royal family. My dad never said why.

He said and I became sad. No princess,no girl to look like me.

   "I am sad,it's time Princess start to be born in the royal family"

I said and he chuckled.

   "I also want a second version of you but there is nothing that I can do about it. It is what it is"

     I sighed and turned around facing him,with my two hands on his chest. 

   "It's okay,a prince is enough. There are things that are  meant to remain as they and we can't fight them."

    It's just enough being with him,but as a lord he will soon be,he needs someone to sit in his place when that time comes. I stared at my diamond ring and smiled, it's is a charming.

     "What are you smiling at?"

Chris asked and lift my chin to look at him.

   "The ring is beautiful"

I complemented the ring and he frowned

    "You are the one beautiful not the ring,you hear me"

    "Yes baby"

    What a dotting lover he is,I am indeed blessed all round. Great mom, great godmother and best friend and great guardian witch, everything is just great.

   Later in the morning......

Chris had pampered me with a bath and a breakfast on bed. I was just getting ready to go see what's going on aside the chamber when a knock sounded at the door,Chris had left to see the throne keepers concerning his coronation.

    I walked over the door and opened,there stood Nora and Tiana beaming at me. I was wondering why there were all smiles.

      "Congratulations!"

They both said at the same time.

   "On what please?"

I asked looking weird. Is there something that happened that I am not aware off?

    "On your engagement"

Tiana said giggling and Nora joined her. I have not told them about my engagement. I was planning to go do that when they came knocking. How did they get to know I was engaged.

   "Oh!thanks ladies"

I said faking a smile

"but how did you know that I am engaged?"

"You don't need to look at us like that way because we knew before you"

Tiana said,I was getting mad somehow but why am I getting mad?.

    "The engagement ring is a celestial ring,it's passed from Lordress to Lordress and it's has been with us the watchers of the ring,I had to retrieve it when the prince demanded for it and that's how we knew of your engagement"

   Nora explained and I sighed, when Chris told me that there are alot of things I am not aware of,he was so right. Because I was not even aware of this one and I am sure there are a lot more I am not aware of and I am no longer surprised. 

    "The ring watchers"

I said chuckling.

   "What else is left for me to know?"

  " A lot Gina,with time you will get to know them. The ones you know already are too much,give your head some break and focus on your wedding. That's why we are here to prepare you for your wedding tomorrow"

Nora further Said. Oh my, tomorrow is my wedding and I am also the last person to know,any thing that happens in my life is no longer a new thing.

   Nora pushed me back into the room,Tiana followed put and shut the day.

     "I know we are back in the past but you are having a twenty first century wedding. So your mom and I will go to Beverly later to get all that is necessary to give you a twenty first century wedding."

Tiana said with a cheeky smile and pinched my left cheek.

     "I really don't want to have a big wedding"

I said, frowning and Nora hissed while Tiana glared at me.

    "Don't even said that again,you are a queen and you deserve every good thing you can get"

Nora said with a high pitched voice and I chuckled,she will never stop being a doting godmother.

   "Yes ma'am,no more words from me"

    I replied and we all laughed. Wedding at 21,not in my dreams. Being a normal girl some weeks back,I had planned of going into designing fully. I would not have thought of getting married and becoming a queen,this is more like a dream. But however it's all turned out, destiny found me and I am grateful than ever. Let's get this wedding over with.
