Chapter 157 Sweet Memories

   Talking with Xylie has opened my eyes to many things,he told me how it was back in days,how they rejoiced and danced the day I was born. They all believed I was the light set to shine in the South. I was smiling all through. It's fun having to know what happened even when you were not there. It was sweet memories. Heaven bless the souls that made it possible for me to be born.

      It was time to leave,I needed to go see Mom and Nora maybe Tiana too. I could stay here talking to him if permitted but I have to give him his space and do things I am supposed to do because there are a lot of rituals to be done. I have read what all Lordress of the South do in other to purify the throne for their lord.

    What a twist in fate,from being a witch princess to the Lordress. No break for me.

    After we both were good to go,I left the room heading to go find my people. Fun enough,my people indeed.

     I walked out the room and I met another atmosphere entire, within space of time things has turned around here.The huge corridor was not what I saw last, I kept my mouth hung opened, in admiration, I know I've met several beautiful rooms, but this one but was beyond my expectations,I glance at the well crafted ceiling, there was a beautiful decorative paintings in the middle of the ceiling, it was well designed, there was a large chandelier in the middle of the beautiful Crafted ceiling, with beautiful  lights illuminating the room, there were small couches that were well crafted by one of the best carpenters, they were placed at the middle of the room, with a wooden table place at the center of the couches, the windows of the room Is something else, because it was made of glass, they were well designed,the floor of room was made with wood to make the room more comfortable, and beautiful.

     How did they Mansion turn so beautiful without my knowledge,I was just out for little chit chat and they were busy giving the mansion a new look. I could here voices coming from the throne room and Christ voice was among,he was kind of addressing some group of people.

      The south people are so much in a hurry to have him as their lord,it might be his plan while he was here. 

     I continued walking towards the throne room when I came across two maiden all dressed up in a way you thing they are ought to serve or maybe that is what it is.They bowed slightly and made to pass but I stopped them.

    "Emmm excuse me ladies,who are you?"

I asked them.

    "We are so sorry your lordship for not introducing ourselves,we are here to serve you"

   They said at the same time and I creased my brows,to serve me?. I thought we have out grown this method of royalty. It's the twenty first century and we still have maidens serving the royal families. I wanted to ask them further questions when I remembered that they are two centuries backwards. How can I forget the past people. I am literally living in the past.

      I dismissed them and continued walking further when they stopped me.

    "Your lordship,your mom asked me to direct you where they are if we get to see you"

    One of them said and I was like,how did they know she is my mother. It's not up to thirty minutes I went to talked to Xylie and I am sure they were brought in during that period how then did they found out she is my mother.

     I turned and walked back to them,I scanned them but found nothing suspicious about them. Maybe my mom did introduce herself to them,no doubt about it but I decided to ask them.

    "How did you know she is my mother?"

I asked with no expression on my face and they shuddered at the tone of my voice.

    "Don't get us wrong,she actually told us"

One with purple-ish pupils said. I took my time to admire them from head to toes and I liked what I saw,but these girls are no witch. How will they work in a place filled with people of not their kind and  again,when did the south start to harbor non-witches.

    "Okay,lead the way both of you"

   I said and they bowed and began walking,I followed them. We got to the end of the corridor and took left and I knew instantly that they are taking me to the garden. So since I know where I decided to dismiss them I am sure they have got other things to do other than leading me around,they bowed and left.

    I exhaled and went into the garden. Mom,Nora and Tiana were seen discussing and laughing Happiness is really contagious,I found myself smiling even though I don't know what is the cause of their happiness. But since they are happy I am happy too.
