Chapter 202 Wrong Timing

  Beep! beep!! beep!!!

     I stirred and opened my eyes,what in the world is disturbing me?. I found the source of the sound and it was a message notification from my phone. I hissed and got up,I swiped my phone open and went to my message folder,it was a message from one of my clients.

    It's read,

   "Hi Ma'am, a lovely afternoon to you. I sent you a photo on Whatsapp and I would want you to work on it as soon so as possible,it's urgently needed.

    Birthday of my fiance is coming up soon and  thought of giving him a photo frame,I trust you to do the job ASAP.  Have a great day."

    What now?,I actually want to have rest from all of these but I can't break her heart so I am going to do the job for her and that means I am going to my office right away because I don't know how soon  she needs it.

    I opened my WhatsApp folder and the photo message popped up first,I opened it and I met the smiling face of Benjamin.

    my phone slipped off my hand and fell on the bed,I opened and closed my mouth back. I was shocked to see that the photo has to be Benjamin's. Being shocking is understatement,if there is any feeling that is great than shock then that's how I am feeling. What I was feeling was indescribable.

    I looked down at my hands and found them shaking,I tried stopping the shake but it got worst.

    I grabbed a bottle of water from my table stand and drain the water at ago,I calmed down a little. But why would seeing his pics effect me like this,it's not like we are an item anymore. We were over before we started and he is free to have a girlfriend. I hope I am not getting jealous.

    "Nora, get grip of yourself, you are not supposed to be feeling this way."

I said to myself and I actually believed what I said. I picked my phone and opened my WhatsApp again,I checked the DP of my client and I met a smiling face of a happy woman. She has deep blue eyes with a curly hair and pinkish lips. She is indeed beautiful and there is no reason Ben will not fall for her,I saw the aura of confidence in her and smiled.

    If anyone should deserve Ben, it's should be her. But it's barely three weeks we broke up and he is already in another relationship. I hope she realize that Ben is a rare gem and never let go.

    I closed my WhatsApp and decided to go do something with my life. Let me see if I could do her job and send it to her.

    It was 13:00. For  the rest of the morning,I have been in bed,like seriously,who am I kidding?. Even breakfast,I have not taken. It looks like I want to suffocate my life out of me.

     I stood up and went into the bathroom,my reflection on the wall mirror was terrible. I had dark circles under my eyes and puffy cheeks,I examined my self and I had lost few pounds all for the sake of being mateless.

   "It's all good"

I said and ran a bath for myself. I would want to soak myself maybe for a little while but let me just take a quick bath.

    I picked my toothbrush and put on a paste on it and brushed my teeth. It took me less than one minute to get done with my teeth. I pulled my pyjamas and went into the bathtub. 

      The feeling of water on my skin always refreshes me,the only thing I can't rebel against is water.

    I squeezed out a little of my body washing soup on my skin and began to scrub my skin. It's a native body wash from the south and the fragrance is refreshing. Gina gave me one of it from her collections and I am damn grateful she did because since I have been using the body wash,it been given my skin a new look.

      I rinse the last foam from my body and stood up from the bathtub dripping wet,I forgot to come with a towel and since I have no roommate,it's just have to be one way and that's walking out of the bathroom Stark naked,it's not that I am expecting anyone to pop out from somewhere.

     "Be careful what you wish for girl"

 I said and chuckled to myself.

     I walked out of the room to meet a guy with his back facef to me. I was in a dilemma,I did not know if I am to move forward or do nothing but who could he be?. Can't remember the last time a guy visited like me not only did he visited but he visited when it's uncalled for. I hissed silently,wrong timing.

   "You are in for it Nora"

I said ready to see what brought him here and who he is but not sure how I was going to do it.
