Chapter 220 Destined To Be Mateless

      I turned and opened my eyes to see that it was day break. I would say my night was peaceful. I yearned and made to stand up from the bed when I remembered that I have exactly two days to search for my mate or remain mateless. 

   Was that a message for me or what?. Why would this mate of mine want me to find him. First he wants me to find him and second,he wants to be found in two days. To think I have no clue on how to do that makes it more difficult.

    Other witches,their mates found them but when it reached my turn,I have to be the way to find him. I am without a mate for two centuries and now they wants to give me mine,I have to be the one to look for him.

 What exactly is Universe and Nature's problem. Did I offend them in any special way?. It's like I am destined to be mateless because I can't see how I will find someone I don't have a clue how he looks like in two days time.

       I sighed and and stood up,no matter what happens in two days time, I will take it like that so I am not going to think about it neither am I going to sulk because of it. Someone who has stayed two centuries without a mate could stay mateless forever.

   My phone beeped and I picked it up to see a new message on my phone,I swiped it open to see it's a message from Rosie and it's read.

   "Hi Nora, good morning...I had a wonderful time at your family house yesterday and I hope to do it again with you guys. Again about the work,I would want to collect it later in the day. No need for you to to deliver,I will come to your office. Have a wonderful day."

  I closed my message folder and sighed. She mentioned it's an urgent work but never said it has to be yesterday and today's work. Thank heavens,I did part of the work yesterday so all I have to do now is to go to the office from here and finished up her work.

  I stood up and headed towards the bathroom,it looks like I am going to be a Barbie today because I going to work with Gina's clothes.

   I was almost into the bathroom when I remembered my toothbrush inside my bag and the bag,I left it either the living room or else where. I did not know what to do,to have my bath and go pick it up or to go pick it up and come and have my bath. I took the latter and stepped out of the room.

   The moment I stepped out of the room, I got hit in the nostril by a coffee flavor. It seems Gina's Mom is awake already. I came across the dinner to see her and Xylie have a morning coffee.

 "Good morning darling"

Mom yelled and Xylie looked  in my direction then smiled.

  "Morning Mom, Morning Xylie. Have any one seen my bag?"

I asked trying to make my Journey shorter.

"Yes we have, you left it at the living room,why don't you sit down and have a cup of coffee before searching for your bag"

  "No Mom, I will join you both later now I have an unfinished business to do"

   I said and left to go get the bag. I wondered how I was able to go to bed last night without my bag. It's unusual of me to leave my things anyhow and go to bed without properly keeping them at their places. Maybe it's because here is not my apartment, whatever,I don't think I should have headache because of it.

    I got my bag and left to Gina's room,the time was almost 7 in the morning and I hope to be at the office by 8 in the morning. However I going to achieve that,let's see.

    I know I was not planning to sleep over but that did not stopped me from grabbing a toothbrush yesterday. I opened the bag to bring my toothbrush and went inside the bathroom room. I put a tooth paste on brush and began to brush my teeth. My reflection this morning looks a lot more better.

    In no time I was done brushing then I ran a bath. I pulled every clothing I have in stepped into the bathroom but there is another problem,my body sponge. Since there is nothing I could do,I decided to bathe like that. After all you would not know that I had my bathe without sponge if I did not tell you and I know I am not planning to tell anyone.

   I finished my bathe in no time and stepped out of the bathtub only to discovered that I came into the bathroom without towel again. What if I walked out again and Mr Faceless is right there as usual?,I was cut in between the line of walking out of the bathroom naked and meeting another unexpected visitor or keep staying in the bathroom with no help of getting a towel.
