Chapter 299 The Beauty Of Our Bond

Gina's point of view…..

I woke up breathing hard, Chris woke up instantly. How much we have connected that he gets to feel me before you know it.

   "What is it, darling?"

He asked, scanning me, I don't even know how to explain what I saw. I don't want to believe that what I saw would happen.

   "Can you talk to me please?"

Chris pleaded and I sighed, I palmed his face and kissed him.

  "I had a nightmare revelation where our son was murdered by the one who claimed to be his destiny. It was just a little child but I did not get to see her face. I felt a sense of familiarity with her and I don't want to believe it's has to be my aunt, Glamorous"

I said, Chris thought for a while and sighed too.

  "I think it's probably a mirage. Your aunt can't be entangled with our son because she is family. You know that as much as I do. There might be someone out somewhere manipulating the whole thing. Our baby is safe and nothing is going to happen to him. He has a mantle of coverage on him in case you have forgotten"

He said and I hit my forehead. How can I forget that? It's probably a manipulation from the underworld, the person is really trying but I am not the type that folds my hands and watches something happen. I will do something about this tomorrow to be on the safer side.

   I felt hot and decided to have a bath. Since I became pregnant, I do this every now and then. My baby seems to like water.

   Chris put his hand on my stomach and I smiled.

   "Son, don't worry, mom and dad has got your back and nothing will ever come to you. We have paid for your with our lives so just come soon and make us proud, we are waiting"

   Chris said and I felt a movement in my tummy, he listens and each time we talk to him he responds by moving. He is going to be great, I know.

  "He have heard you, chris and I need to shower, can you help me?"

"Of Course my darling,I am at your service my queen"

He said grinning.

  "Naughty boy"

I muttered and smirked.

    "More like you are the one who is naughty, I did not think of anything but now that you have brought it up, can I show you have naughty I am my lady"

I blushed and hit him slightly.

   "Stop being shameless Chris, our son is listening"

I said and blushed more.

   "Naw, I don't think he minds, in fact he would be happy to see daddy making mummy happy. Don't you think so, my queen or should I ask him?"

He smirked and brought his face closer to my lips. I moved backward and made to escape but he pinned me down.

   "Where are you running to, you think I can't catch you if I want to?"

"You can but my baby needs rest, so stop being naughty and help us take a bath"

I said pleading with my eyes, he chuckled and pulled back and I sighed thinking that I was free but the next second, Chris kissed me.

   I went still,how did this happen? I have become less self conscious when Chris is around.

   My self resolve went to zero and I kissed him back. Heat was creeping into my system and I wanted nothing more than to have Chris inside of me. 

   Chris broke the kiss and grinned, if only I could wipe that grin off his face.

   "Of Course you are going to get all of me,just tell me how you want it. I want you to say it"

I bite my lips hearing him say that, my lord would always be shameless.

   "And who told you I want you,huh"

I questioned him with a frown.

   "It seems you are forgetting something, I can hear you without you talking and you know it. Hope you are not playing with me, young Lady?"

   "Only if I could, my lord."

Since he wants to tease me, let's tease ourselves.

   "I see, you are becoming my daring and bold, let's see how far you can play cool"

He said then smirked. I was waiting to see what he was up to and he showed me that he is Chris and he is the only one who has my key. He got me where he knows me.

  He pulled me to him roughly and kissed my mark. That did the magic, it's not that I didn't want him, I was just playing cool and I could decide we don't do anything but for his lips to have contact with my mark then it is finished. I can't even struggle if I want to. He had awakened my inner witch.

   Chris knows me more than I know myself and that's the beauty of our bond.
