Chapter 264 Being Silly Pays

 We took turns in feeding each other and it was fun doing that. Seeing Chris laughing at everything I doing the same was a sight to behold and forever we will keep bonding.

   I pushed the plate by the side and made to stand together with Chris when we heard a knock at the door. I creased my brows at whom it may be and it was Emie,thanks to my abilities.

   "Come me in Emie and tell us what brought you here"

    I said and pulled Chris up and we went to the bed. The door opened and she stepped in with her head down.

   "How may we help you Emie"

    His lordship and her Lordship, there is a young man who is here to see you and from all indications, he is not from around here.

   She said and I thought of who could have come visiting. If the person is not from here, which means there is only one person and that person is not other than Xylie. If I am right that means he had decided to do the needful.

   "Alright make him comfortable, we will be with him shortly and later you will clear the table, alright?"

I said dismissively, she bowed and left.

I turned and looked at Chris and he was observing me.

   I pinched his nose and traced his lips then kissed him right under his jaw and giggled yet I did not get a reaction from him.

   I pulled away and looked at him trying to understand him at that moment.

 "What?"

I asked, yet he did not bulge, I rolled my eyes and released a sigh.

  "Chris talk to me, alright"

I pleaded but still he was still looking at me like I all I have been saying was not getting to him.

   Him giving me a silent treatment was uncalled for so since my mood was getting worked up,I stood up and made to leave when I felt his grip on my waist spinning me around to meet him at the same time, he stood up and our lips crushed together.

   It happened so fast that I could not tell how it happened but I was right under his arm with him kissing hungrily. It's only then did it clicked that he had missed me so much because the kiss was fierce yet mild.

   I recovered and responded to him. Royal duties were taking up our time that we barely have time for each other but I know that's for the meantime, when everything might have fallen in place, we will have all the time in the world.

    He broke the kiss then bumped his forehead on mine,I could see the desire in his eyes.

   "Dammit Gina, I miss you so damn much. I want to have you all to myself right now at this moment"

He said and pulled me up then inhaled my hair.

   "But I am keeping it tonight let's go see who has come to visit the Lord and his Queen"

   I was so lost in speech that I kept looking at him. Did he just aroused my desire and he wants to put it on hold? I grunt and hissed internally.

  "You are not playing fair Chris, how can you do this to me?"

"I did not do anything my darling, I only want you to desire me for long. It torturous to me too but the pleasure we will both have is worth it"

  I shook my head at his dumb explanation which is entirely not dumb.

   "Alright, let's do this."

I said and he released me then went to our closet and pulled out his royal robe and mine too.

   He came to me and helped me wear it while I returned the favour. He smiled and kissed me on the forehead but I pointed to my lips demanding for a kiss there and he kissed me on the lips and after, he rolled his eyes 

   "You are so silly and I like you for that but I don't want my son to be silly"

He said, chuckling and I glared at him. What the heck?He is not serious for saying that. Being silly pays, it's not every time one gets to be serious but I don't need to worry because Chris is silly too.

   "You ain't serious then because he needs to be silly for he is my son too"

I said and pulled away from his embrace and Patted my tommy.

   "Boy, did you hear your dad, he does not want you to be silly but he is silly too,I wonder who he wants you to take after?."

  I felt him move in my tommy and I know he heard me. What a good boy he is.

   "Don't turn my son against me lady, be careful"

He said and smirked.

  "Don't worry I love you too much to think of such, shall we go now?"

I said, I took his hands and we walked out of the room.
