Chapter 324 Forever I am Xylie

   I did the last check on my outfit. I had worn a red polo on blue jeans and black canvas with a touch of red on it. I was looking great.

  You know what mom did when I came back to Beverly with her. She has given me her credit card and asked me to go get all I need. I was lost. I don't know anything about civilization and I wondered how I was going to do that.

    I was moving on in the world but I was not moving. Being a Glamorous accomplice did not give me the leisure to understand how far the world was moving. We were the night creatures that didn't sleep but hunted down our enemies and again I never thought it was important to understand the pace of the world. I was not really interested in living, I just wanted to take my revenge and after then I would want to know what to do with my life. So you see, I was lost in the moving train.

If not for Gina, I might probably be wandering round the world.

   Mom had seen how confused I was and decided to take me shopping herself and it was fun. All I know today,I learnt it through her and soon I adapted to the world so new to me.

I had always wondered how mom makes her money until I learnt her former husband left her a life time insurance as a compensation which she has invested. All she does now is sit and eat her money, she really made good use of what was given to her and now she has got no worries. She was no full blooded witch. She could choose to remain as a human as long as she wants.

   I smiled at how my life has transformed in a few weeks.

  "Dude, you are so hot"

I said to myself

"Who's hot?"

I turned towards her direction to see Rory looking at me confused. When did she come in that I did not get to hear her?.

   "What if?"

  She ignored my question.

   She was putting on an outfit I bet belonged to Gina. A pink sleeveless gown that stopped at her knees. She was looking good on it, she had a light makeup on and somehow she has figured out how to use it. She was putting on a black booth and damnit, she was breathtaking. How did she manage to combine this outfit that it came out so good like someone who has a knowledge of all these for long.

   "I don't care."

She puffed her cheeks and stared at me.

I was staring too long so I looked away, I don't want to send a wrong message to her.

   "If you are wondering how come my outfit?, your mom helped me pick so who is hot?"

    I ignored her totally and turned my back on her.

"Xylie, you are on it again but for your info I am not getting angry and if you were referring to you as hot then you are not so cool, how can you be hot.?"

I was like what does she know aside magic.

   "Good for you though because I have got no time for your silly questions by the way, you look great, mom did a good job"

"Oh thank you, I know right"

She said and chuckled. If there is anything Rory does better, it's chuckling. She does it better than me and she looks damn cute when she does that with her one sided smile she always displays.

      "And you look like a prince charming, how I wish you are my prince charming"

She said dreamingly. I wonder how her brain works.

    "Rory, thanks for the compliment. If you are ready let's go"

"You sound so mean sometimes, you will never change"

   She said, turned and left the room grumpy. That's better, if she is in a great mood then I am in for a lot of questions, which I don't have strength to answer, so this is the best way to go for the sightseeing.

  "Off course I will never change, forever I am Xylie, that's who I am"

   I was done a long time ago waiting for her and when she is done, she has to leave me. I shrugged and picked my phone and left the room.

    Got to the living room to see her laughing with mom, mom was ready to go out and I am sure she was waiting to see us off before going. 

   Rory laughing so soon that means my plan did not work. It has to work for she has to be moody before we leave the house.

   Mom smiled when she saw me.

   "You looked so great, Xylie"

"I know mom, your son is so handsome"

Mom laughed heartily and Rory huffed and threw her face away not that I care but I care anyway.
