Chapter 409 Seeing Is Believing

Gracie's Point of view….

I had a lot going on in my mind. I thought leaving the woods would lessen the strange things happening in my life. Today I broke a glass without knowing how because a black lady irked me.

  Huddy rubbed her hairs on me trying to draw my attention. She has been talking since with no response from me.

  "Huddy, I am sorry I ignored you like that. What were you saying again?"

   "I was saying if you could stop thinking and let's go out for some fresh air. I know of a garden at the back of the house. No one knows about it"

I looked down at her and picked her up then walked off the room, before I knew it, Huddy was taking me to heaven knows where. Soon enough we got to the garden of plenty of flowers.

    it was indeed at the back of the house and the air around felt so strange, something like it was out of the world. I love what I am seeing and I can say it feels magical.

   "Huddy,what is this place?"

"It's a garden of flowers as you can see but there is more to it. You can make a wish here and it comes to pass. You can soothe for anything and you will have it"

She said and I smiled.

  If I can make a wish here and it comes to pass, why not ask for who I am, why I see strange things.

    "But I don't see any wall here to make my wish"

I said, pouting my lips and she Chuckled. 

  "There is one at the far end, let's go see it"

She said and hopped forward and followed her.

 Huddy got to the wall and stopped. It was an empty wall and asked why it had to be empty.

  "No one knows why it is empty but it was said that whatever wish you make, the well will grant it to you"

  I exhaled and inhaled, getting ready to make my wish.

   But before I could say something, Huddy interrupted me.

"Don't just say anything, start your sentence with BEAUTIFUL WALL IN THE GARDEN…."

   "Okay"

I nodded,

   "Beautiful wall in the garden, can you tell me who I am?"

   I said and waited for my answer. Few minutes passed and I heard nothing. I looked at Huddy and she did the same.

  She cleared her throat.

"Beautiful wall in the garden, my Friend wishes to know who she is"

   "I am not deaf you know"

I heard a voice coming from the wall 

"I heard her the first time"

The voice came again,

   "My fair Lady, I am sorry but who you are is not made unknown to me. A time will come when you will get all the answers you need but for now, nothing"

  The voice echoed and I had to cringed from the effect of it. I wondered what's so special about me that she can't say. I shook off the thought, I don't want to start thinking there is more to my being. I have had enough of all these

   I smiled at the fact that there is a talking wall at the back of my new apartment. It was soothing enough. 

   "Well I guess my friend is not just a girl but one with a hidden identity"

Huddy said and hopped away from the wall.

   "Where do you think you are going?"

I asked her when she continued to hop forward. She hopping forward made the garden look endless.

   "I am coming, if you are bored of the place. Take a trip to your room or you can talk to the flowers, I will be back but not now"

I shook my head and turned on my heels. Coming here was a bad Idea. She brought me here and she is leaving to do what I don't know.

  "Animals with light brains"

I hissed out loud.

 "I heard that"

I heard and turned to see a beautiful unicorn standing so majestically. You know there is something about unicorns or rather I read it. I am a fan of fantasy. They are royal animals.

  "Where did you come from?"

I asked and walked towards it.

  She huffed and puffed her cheeks.

"I have been standing here all along only that you failed to notice me"

She said arrogantly.

   "My bad,the garden is not just a garden of flowers but home too for you, who else is here?"

   She rolled her eyes and made a sound and her kind appeared.

  "A lot of us and some that do not belong to my family. They will show you themselves whenever they want to. What is a lady that understands animals doing here? When Huddy told me about you, I did not believe her, I guess seeing is believing"
