Chapter15 Badass Guy

 “No, I'm not going to let her go, I have to find her, she has to be  my wife and nothing can stop me now."

Just as he was about to step out of the house, his mother stopped him halfway, “You will not bring that girl into this house, I don’t want to see her in my house."

 Ken didn’t want to believe that his mom was the one saying that to him, but he just turn and said.

 “Fine then, you will not see her in your house" and then left his mom standing there.

Ken searched everywhere for Gina but couldn't find her, and there was no point in going to Gina’s house because her father was equally looking for her so Ken decided to stay at a nearby café before thinking of where else to go and sleep for the night because he was determined to show his mom how much he loves and needs Gina in his life, he wasn’t planning on going home that night.

Just then he remembers one of his friends. Yes! he is going to sleep at his place this night, so he took off to his friend's place.

“Hey guy, how far? You no try,"

"How you da na?"

“Am fine guy."

“This one you reach my place today hope all is well?"

“All is well, you no go let me sit down? Which kind of friend you be sef?"

“Oh, sorry guy, come sit down, he makes way for Ken to sit down in his one-room apartment filled with dust,  "you know na guys stuff." He said.

“Guy! You are not looking bright what’s going on?" Peter asks Ken, knowing for a fact that Ken would not come to him on a normal day.

 “Nothing serious, is just that my brother who likes to show himself started a fight with me over a girl I met at a hotel I was working months ago."

 “What! you work at a hotel! but why?"

"Dude na long story, forget that one, The problem now is that the same girl I met and fell in love with, is the same girl, my father has arranged for Benjamin to marry, can you imagine that?"

 “Holy crab! guy this is one chance for you .."  Peter could only laugh at Ken’s predicament because he thought that Ken has finally lost it, he has never known ken to be the type to fall in love, this is new,  hmmm.

"Guy, I don’t know how to help your matter, but wait! is this a punishment for you, you know,.. for all those babe's you broke their heart, hahaha.

 “Guy stop, this is not a laughing matter, is way too serious than you know, my mom is already involved,  my father I heard, also call off the marriage deal and threatened to deal with me and you are here laughing."

“Oh my God, I'm so sorry, but what can you do  now?"

Ken didn't understand why it has to be Benjamin, and why now that he has find love?.

 “I don’t know yet, first I will go look for Gina, then we can arrange for something who knows? But for now, I just want to crash here."

Throwing himself down on Peter’s couch he dives into a deep sleep.

Mr. Jackson called for the attention of his wife Tina; Ken’s mother and demanded to know where he is,  but since she didn’t know where Ken went, she could not provide a valid answer.

“I will like to see that boy of yours when he comes back and don’t you dare plead for him again." Tina could only nod her head in respect for her husband because in the Jackson family everyone is trained to respect Mr. Jackson and no one dares to question his authority except to plead.

“Ken wakes up!.., let’s go for a ride and maybe have some drinks," Pater said waking ken from his lovely sleep, he was dreaming about Gina.

“Peter I'm tired and I need some rest just go without me I will be fine,"

 "No way... you are coming with me, and don’t forget the girls, there are lots of them in this club I'm going to introduce you to. Guy, you are becoming so boring, just get up I'm waiting for you outside."

 Ken reluctantly got up and follow after Peter dragging himself through the night, they get to the club, and everywhere was lively.

They took their seat at one of the empty tables next to two beautiful girls, Peter motioned for them to come over and have a good time with them.

One of the girls who knew Ken very well got up and walk across to them.

"Hi Ken.., caressing Ken’s head with her fingers trying to seduce him,  but Ken just got up and “I'm going outside dude," He said.

"Oh, C'mon Kenny," Peter begged, not wanting to embarrass himself before the girls. But ken just waves his hand leaving the scene.

Turning to the girl Peter was like, "Hi babes, come here, that guy is boring, right? I will you Cum! hahaha."

 “What! Get lost," She pushes him aside and walks back to her table.

“Stupid guy!"  She said and her friend ask "who is that another guy,  the one that left?"

"Don’t mind Ken, he used to be my customer way back, the guy pays…, he is a paymaster?"

"Then wants-up with him?" The friend asks her.

"Who cares? There are other big fish in the river, let’s just keep looking."

Peter rushes outside to meet Ken “Guy… you ruin my night man.., it was my night man.., those babes," he said biting his fingers, "The backside, look!" measuring the air with his hands,  "Didn't you see the backside? That was my treat man.., and you ruin it, damnit."

“You can go and have your treats and backsides I don’t need it," Ken said.

“You are so fucking boring man.., what’s-up with you?  Wait!, don’t tell me you're still thinking of that hotel babe?"

“She’s all that I want right now, she is the only one that can make me come alive right now," Ken said with so many emotions written over his face.

“Don’t tell me that you are serious about this love thing. I know you man, you are the man of the people, I mean the babes you know,"

Ken just turn and look at peter, “You don’t understand do you? And please don’t refer to her as that hotel babe, her name is Gina got that,"  taking a few steps to leave, he pauses because he thought he saw someone that looks like Gina.

“Oh mine, what is wrong with me? Has it come to this? I now see Gina in my imagination too hmm." He just laughs at himself and walks to the main road to get a taxi back home.

“Guy wait for me, I'm sorry I didn’t mean to annoy you, you are too serious." Peter ran to meet up with Ken.

Just as they are about to stop a taxi Gina and Patrick are leaving the club to get into Patrick’s car.

“What! Is that not Gina?" Ken points in the direction of Gina.

“You mean your Gina!  The Girl from the Hotel?" He pause  seeing the way Ken looked at him "Sorry, but she is with someone else."

“Just shut up,”  he told Peter “But what is she doing here with that guy?, I think I have seen that guy before,"

Just as he was about to move closer to them Patrick bends over and whisper into Gina’s ears because the music in the car was loud making Ken misread the action and thought that Patrick was kissing Gina.

“Fu*k, I knew it, so she has a guy already, I should have known she was playing with my emotions,"  as he was about to turn and leave the scene, Gina caught sight of Ken.

“Hey!.. that is Ken, please wait for me," she told Patrick and rush down to meet Ken.

“Hello, Ken is me, Gina,"

“Hey," Ken said without looking at Gina.

“What’s up with you?; why the long face? You do not happen to see me?"

“And who is that guy with you?"

“He’s my friend, you know him, the guy from the other day, the one I was within your house, me, your mom and him, you don’t remember?"

“Yeah, your friend, a male friend with you in a club by this time of the night,?"

“Hey, what’s wrong with you? He’s just a friend"

“Yeah, a male friend you mean."

“Stop it, Ken, maybe I should just go, see you later."  Gina turns to leave but Ken grabs her hand and pulls her to himself, he hugs her so tightly that Gina finds it difficult to breathe.

“I don’t want to lose you, Gina, I've fallen madly in love with you, he bends and kisses her,  trying to forget the fact that he saw someone kissing her earlier. He will do anything for the sake of the love he had for Gina even though it means forgiving her
