Fate Decided

Xiaomi in her attempt to save the only last surviving wolf's bloodline, she continued running through the thick night and was wearing of running, she in her wisdom, after running some distance, looked for somewhere safe in the forest and kept the child with the jade token.

She then ran in the opposite direction to divert their attention and save the child. Finally she was caught up with and killed, and afterwards buried to hide the traces of her. It was a bloody bath in Fan Xian's household. Only the last bloodline of the wolf warrior survived this slaughter.

On hearing the news of how the Wolf warrior's family and lineage was wiped out, the whole village mourned, the emperor, including the eunuch who masterminded the whole situation also wept sore in pretence as though he knew nothing about his death. He was wailing and crying;

"I drank wine with him last night", "our warrior is dead! I can't imagine"

The wolf warrior's death was a shock to the whole kingdom as many wondered how the historic and legendary wolf warrior died like a fowl in his own very home, the people and villagers were in awe. The wolf warrior's troops mourned him for a week, however, his legacy was never to be forgotten in their hearts.

However, the eunuch had reached his goal, he wasn't happy, what troubled most was the fact that on the day their dead bodies were confirmed, the body of the maid and the new born child were no where to be found, having been secretly told that the maid had been eliminated, he was bothered about the survival of their son.

Finally a new captain of Wushu kingdom was appointed, although the troops were not happy with it, because the person was appointed by the eunuch who was the masterminder of the death of their late captain. Unknowingly to them, the same man claims to get to the root of the wolf warrior's unpleasant death.

Lots of events snowballed in the kingdom, neighboring kingdoms who heard of the death of the wolf warrior were happy and drank to stupor, jubilating that their greatest obstacle had been eliminated without any effort. They said;

"Now our path to conquer the kingdom of Wushu is victory for sure", "Our greatest enemy is dead they laughed for scorn.

Whereas in a village near Wushu, called Ciafa lived a hunter named Gui Wei, on that fateful night went to the forest to check his traps but lucky for him as it was Predestined, he found a tender looking child, sleeping soundly with a jade token about his neck, the hunter not aware of whose child it is, out of pity took the child home and seeing the child full of energy aggreed with his wife to make him their son.

They named him Gui Shan and loved him like a child from their own bowels. The disappearance of the maid and the baby was still a mystery, however, days rolled into weeks, weeks into months, months into years.

Gui Shan has now grown into a very handsome energetic teenage, who the parents described a boy who possessed the strength of five men, how his new parents adviced him not to fight or showoff in public.
