Training Of Hearing
Despite the fact that he tried several times to get a shot, he was very happy that he finally got a shot.
"Wow! I got a hit, I'm a step closer to hitting the bull's eye", he said.
Meanwhile, Mao Li also hit the bull's eye at first trial.
"I'm impressed by you all, I only hope that you continue training harder",
"Only by this can we be sure to take first place in the competition",
"Mind you, don't get overjoyed, because other students are in their various wings giving it their best",
"So I urge you to train harder", she said.
They continued refining their skills and finally training for that day was over. They all went to their back to the manor.
In various wings as it's their tradition, they all had dinner that evening before returning to their rooms.

It was another day of training, the students in the various wings were bent on improving archery skills.
Back in the Crimson manor, training had already began in their training ground.
"You should work more on your aim", master Huang Ju Said to Ru Yuo as she was trying take a shot.
"Our training this morning would take a new form", master Huang Ju Said as he ordered Tan Ning to get the new training materials.
Tan Ning brought a pole with an extension having about five rings hanged on it with a string.
"Wow! Are we going to aim for all those? Ru Yuo asked.
"Yes! But that's not the interesting part", master Huang Ju Said.
He gave Tan Ning a sign in which he set the rings into motion.
"The rings won't stop moving now, try your possible best to aim and shoot through the five rings", he said.
They were all amazed, but Wan Fei was calm. He was the first to step forward again.
With his first shot, he was able to pin down the five rings. Every one was amazed as they cheered Wan Fei.
It was eventually Gui Shan's turn, he took a bow from the quiver and gave it a shot.
He missed at the first shot, since he was only able to pin down three rings. Upon his second trail, he was able to pin down all five.
For Ru Yuo, she tried several times but was able to get the hang of things.
Training that day was successful, in all various wings, the students seems to have gotten a foundation in archery, they returned to their various rooms to rest and waited for the next day.

The next day came, the training continues. Various teams are doing everything within their capacity to improve their skills.
There have been no advancement in their stages for the meantime, they all focused on their training.
*PURPLE CLOUD WING*
Hu Mei, Jin Xu and Yu Xuan were already present as well as senior Chen Feng and Chu Cao.
Upon seeing their seniors the new students greeted; "Good morning seniors".
"Good morning juniors",
"I'm very happy that over the last few days, you've been able to advance this far",
"But don't let it get into your head as you still have a long way to go in terms of cultivation", Senior Chen Feng said.
"Yes senior", they all chorused.
Just then master Yang Jun stepped into the training ground. They all bowed and greeted him.
"Morning hope your night was great", he responded.
"It's another day of training, gird your belts tight and ensure that you put in more effort into training", he said.
"Yes sir!", they responded.
Master Yang Jun began briefing them on that day's training;
"In today's training, we'll focus on training your hearing.
"It is vital that every good martial artist possess keen hearing",
"Cause in battles, your survival chances will greatly increase in you have great hearing",
"Your ears can become your eyes", he said.
"You may be faced with a situation where your eyes and Vision is disrupted, only your ears can do the job",
"And also note that your ears work with your senses an state of mind",
"For your ears to work very well, you need to be in a good state of mind", he said.
Just then, master Yang gave them a little demonstration. He took a dark cloth and wrapped it around his eyes.
"My vision now has been obstructed, I want all of you to come against me at once", he said.
"But master how are you going to evade our attacks without your eyesight", the students asked.
But master Yang Jun didn't reply a word. They decided to do as he said.
The three of them came to him at once and to their surprise, he evaded all their attacks and at the end knocked the three of them.
"Master is so amazing", Yu Xuan said on the ground.
"Yes of course! He's our master, he should be amazing", Hu Mei said.
He ordered them to rise up, that he wasn't done yet. They obeyed his instruction and rose up.
"Each of you should grab a bow and arrow",
"Shoot at me! All at once", he said.
The students laughed. "What's funny, are you underestimating your master?", master Yang Jun asked.
"Sorry master", they responded as they each grabbed an arrow and a bow ready to shoot.
They all shot at once and to their surprise, master Yang Jun evaded all the arrows.
It was as though his perception and precision were at it's peak.
His reaction time was to fast. He evaded two arrows which came from both sides, and amazingly he caught the last arrow which was shot at him directly.
Master Yang Jun uncovered his eyes and broke the arrow.
The new students were amazed as they now see their master on a totally different level. They began mumbling among themselves.
"Quietness! What's there to mumble about? It's training that brought me this far",
"It'll take months for you to be able to evade an attack like that. But we'll practice basic for now", he said.
"Yes master", they responded.
He immediately ordered that the training began.
Senior Chen Feng then stepped forward and presented to them some dark scarf they are to use in covering their eyes.
"Before we begin I would want you to know that for you to sharpen your hearing, you need to fully concentrate on your environment and notice the changes",
"Those changes may come in form of attacks and disturbances", he said.
"We'll begin with the basics. I have with me here a round ball containing dyes that it's liquid his capable of making you stink",
"So you do your best to evade them and stop them with a wooden rod that would be given to you now", he said.
The wooden rods and dark scarf were handled to them. They tied their eyes and immediately they couldn't see anything.
"Just calm down and feel your environment", master Yang Jun said.
He then ordered Chen Feng and Chu Cao to start throwing the balls at them.
The students took their stance giving some spacing. By now they were already waving and flagging their sticks as though the attack had begun.
But to their surprise, the balls came at them and they were stained with the dye.
After much struggled some minutes later, they were getting used to the terrain and the direction the ball was heading from.
They were able to evade a few but they all got stained with the stinking smell.
"You guys did well, but still have a long way to go", master Yang Jun said.
The training went on daily, same with the various wings.
Although in the Crimson lion wing, Gui Shan is doing very well. During the first training on hearing, to the surprise of everyone, Gui Shan didn't get any stain on him.
He was able to evade all the attacks. As days went by, the training on hearing continued.
During the next training, the balls were changed to hard stones.
Back in the silver eagles wing, Tang Tang finds it hard to be coping but he's doing his best.
During the next day of the training, master Lin Fei is seen sitting on a chair.
"Master! I hope in today's training those stinking balls won't be thrown at us?", Tang Tang asked.
"No not at all, we're advancing", she said as she ordered Qin Feiye to bring the new training materials.
The students were all surprised. "Don't tell me master wants to use these rocks on us?", Mao Li mumbled.
"Yes of course! We're making use of stones today", she said.
"You have to make sure you try to evade this stones as I won't be going easy", master Lin Fei said.
The training began. Bi Yao was doing her to evade the stones with few of them having a hit on her.
But for Tang Tang, it was quite the opposite, so many stones were coming at him and he was able to evade few.
