CHAPTER 83:A BABY BUMP.

"Leave it to me, l will ask you uncle when he returns,if l find any important document that will be of help.l will bring them to you in secret" Aunt Elizabeth said to her with worried face.

"I think that will be perfect if l don't raise an alarm of suspicion,l do appreciate your help Aunt, Mish. I am grateful"

"Why are you being polite with us siz? We are a family Ivana so please save your appreciation,it have been long since we had fun together. What about we go swimming in the pool?" She excitedly said.

"Yeah, l think that will be fun,l think l left some of my swimming suit in my room. Let's go and change,l miss this swimming pool"

They went to their different room to get change. Aunty Elizabeth didn't see to like the idea as she was still seated. Maybe she wanted to give girls their lone time to catch up.

"Wooow the water is so cold, it feels good on the skin. Come sit let's trying competing on butterfly stroke" Mish said to Ivana after dipping her legs in the pool.

Back in the house Aunt Elizabeth went to their bedroom. The room they have been sleeping in since the death of her in-law. Ivana had requested them to live there so that she doesn't feel lonely. Ever since they reconciled with her husband Paul, they continued living there as Ivana didn't want the mansion to be left without anyone living there.

Since the day the company landed in the hands of Mrs Wechuli. Mr Mukhongo was always suspicious when he arrives home. The first thing he does is going to a specific drawers that were in the room and check them. Before sleeping he will do the same thing,checking. 

Mrs Mukhongo was suspicious when he didn't like that three consecutive days. When she had asked him if he was hiding something from her. He said that the drawer contained important documents of the business he had invested in.

Now that he had a chance of reading those documents without being disturbed. She wanted to find out if those documents her husband was talking about can be a leading evidence, evidence that Ivana was looking for.

Fortunately for her she found the drawers keys where he hides,in pocket of specific  trenchcoat that his brother bought him when he came from America.

She opened the drawer one by one,She placed the documents on the bed and started to check them keenly. 

"Oh my God, these! she stared with wide eyes on the papers that were in her hands.

In Luhyahood dream Company CEO's office

"What are you doing to save the company?"Mr Mukhongo asked her.

"I am trying my best to find investors now but it have been futile. I thought you said you will convince Me Mzee to come back, what happened?" Mrs Wechuli asked.

"You don't want to hear what he said. He will only come back when the company is given to the rightful owner"

"That's what he said?and who is the rightful owner?does he know something? I think it will be right if we take him out of our way."

"Hey don't bombered me with your worries kind of questions, l am not your personal damn investigator if you have forgotten, l am your partner in crime,if we get got we will be rotting in jail the both of us."He was so furious and raged as he talked to her.

"We will only get got,if you want it to happen, only you and not me don't forget that too" she groused back.

"Don't worry about those documents, l am the only one who can access them. What's needed here is you saving the company. The day you insisted on transferring those shares,is the day you took the full responsibility of this shit!"

"I know that you don't have to remind me, l know what l will do. In month l will be back to my feet, l have a friend who have my back, that's what l know. I don't know why l didn't think about her in the first place."

"You care to tell me who that friend is?"

"Unfortunately no, wait for the blooming of the company, she is a good friend of mine."

Back to the Ivana's Mansion.

Ivana and her Cousin Mish come out of the swimming pool after competing for all four strokes of swimming. Butterflystroke, front crawl, breaststroke and backstroke in all the strokes Mish was the best.

"I know l don't believe that l beat you in all the swimming strokes, you used to be the best. You are the one who taught me swimming"

"You are right, l thought you swimming remember the student can perfect than the teacher, and that's what you just did.l think my weight also contributed to that" Ivana said.

"Hahaaa, l know right,but is it just weight...."

Mish was cut of as her mother called them through the window that was directly opposite to the swimming pool.

"Mish, Ivana l am glad that you are done with the swimming. Join me for lunch girls if you don't mind" She said.

"I think that will return my energy l have used to swim faster than you, l am so happy l think l should enroll myself in county swimming competition."

They walked inside their bedroom to get changed before they seat in the table for lunch.

'oh no!l cant tell her when she is like this. It will be too much for her to handle. I can't risk her health, l will have to find away of telling her bits by bits' Aunt Elizabeth thought.

She had planned on telling her and handing her the documents but after seeing her at a close range she decided against it. She noticed a tiny baby bump when she entered the house.

'I will have to confront my husband  when he returns from the office. He might have a good reason why he did that to her. I hope he will come out clean'
