"Who is Christian to you? You need to stand up to him. I can’t believe you tried to do such a thing to me." Jane remarks.
"I am sorry. I wasn’t thinking straight at that time. I promise I wanted to help you when he tried to get to you." Trevor muttered.
"How do you expect me to believe that, I can’t believe Christian could stoop so low, I will have to give him a taste of his own medicine." Jane muttered, clenching her fists.
"Ever since I was young, I have been a victim of bullies," Trevor said, looking down. and Jane took a hold of his hand. he look at their hands and then at her in surprise.
"Don’t worry, I will teach you how to stand up for yourself." She muttered, giving him an assuring smile.
"Come, I will drop you home." She said she was walking into the car and he entered after her.
Mr Davis walked over to Steve on the couch and put his hand on his head. Lily dashed into the house, where she found Mrs. Bianca sitting on the couch opposite Mr. Davis.
Lily stares at Steve, then turns to Mrs Bianca.
"Mum, what’s wrong with Bro Steve?" she asked bluntly.
"He is sick. Don’t worry about it, hun." Mr Davis replied. And Steve started coughing and opened his eyes.
He sat up on the couch and stared at Mrs Davis, holding his head.
"What happened?" he asked bluntly.
"You were drugged, son." Mr Davis replied.
"Drugged, how is that possible?" Steve asked bluntly, removing his hand from his head.
"I don’t know either, but you have to be careful of the kinds of friends you associate yourself with." Mr Davis remarks.
"My friends are truth worthy. I don’t believe any of them. Can do this to me." Steve added.
"Okay son, go and freshen up. Let’s eat." Mr Davis said, and Steve stood up from the chair, scanning the house with his eyes.
"Are you looking for Rachael?" Mrs Bianca inquired. He nodded.
"She has gone back home with her parents. They came to take her." Mrs Bianca replied.
"How long was I asleep?" he asked bluntly.
"Let me say for four hours." Mr Davis replied, glancing at his wrist watch.
"I hope she is well." Steve remarks while walking up the stairs.
At the Ray’s house.
They were all at the dining table eating, Rachael avoided making eye contact with Lisa because she despised her.
"So Rachael, how do you feel living with another family?" Mr Ray inquired.
"It wasn’t that easy, but they were cool." Rachael muttered.
"I know they would have treated you like a queen because they are rich." Lisa remarks.
"Ain’t we rich?" Mrs Ray inquired glaring at Lisa.
"I will say we are a middle class family when it comes to that family there are extremely rich." Lisa beamed.
"Rachael I hope you have a good relationship with their son." Mrs Ray beamed. And Rachael rolled her eyes.
