CHAPTER 83

I entered into my kids nursery, they were asleep, I kissed their forehead.

" Am sorry, darlings, mommy will never come back late again" I said and my husband came behind me and hug me.

"How was work today?" He asked.

" Cool" I said.

" When all of this is over you will stop working, thank God we already started saving" he said.

" Remember the contract copy that I showed you that it stated 2years contract and if I breech the contract there is a penalty" I said.

" I remember but I won't let you renew your contract"he said.

" Yeah" I turn around to him. "  Forgot to tell you that my boss said he has a Mobil slot"I said.

" Mobil slot?"he said.

" Yes, the petroleum company and he's offering to give it to you"I said. He open his eyes wide.

" Are you serious?" He asked.

" Yes" I said. " He says I should bring your C.V to him so that he could help you submit it" I said.

" Oh my God, you are a blessing to me" he said and kisses me. " Let me go to the study and prepare the C.V he said and he left me there and goes to the sitting room.

"Mom" his mom looked up at him.

" Yes dear" she answered.

"Finally, our lives are turning out for good again" he said.

" Any good news,did any of the company you send application to called you for work?" She asked.

I came out from my kids nursery to the sitting room smiling.

" My queens boss has offer to help and it's not just in any company but in Mobil petroleum company" my mother in law opens her eyes wide and goes down on her knees.

" God I thank you" she said and she stood up aand comes to me. " My daughter may God bless you" she said.

"Despite you getting this job You were still finding a job for your husband, you are such a darling, other women won't even think of helping their husbands because they will feel he is still bringing money and she is also bringing money bit in your own case you wanted the best for your family, you see this union God will not allow anybody come between you both" she said.

" Amen mom, if  Good things comes to my husband it's also for my family" I said.

" Let me go and prepare the C.V so that you can take it along with you. He kissed me while he rushes to his study and I to the kitchen then I could see he already served my food " green peas and potatoes, I pull out the chair and began to eat.

After eating my dinner, I did the dishes and go to meet my husband in the study.

I stood beside him and he pulls me to sit on his laps and he kisses me.

" Send it to my mail then I can forward it to his mail tomorrow" I said.
