CHAPTER 190

MIKE. 

I entered into my car and drove out of the compound, I  drove down to the hotel enter into the hotel reception and ask of room 39 and they made a call and I  was allow to go in, I  checked through the doors number until I  got to her door and I stood there for a while, I  sigh deeply then I  knock on her door and she open  the door immediately I knock on the door, it was as if she was anxious  to see me, we stare at each other for some minutes before I entered, I could see her  face was swollen and her eyes were red from crying and I  couldn't  help it but weep because it really hurt me so bad that I  made her cried so hard.

" Please sit, would you mind me getting  you some drinks? She asked.

" Don't  bother about it and she stood looking down at her feet while I stare at her, her son was taking a nap while I open my mouth to talk but couldn't  say a word and I  heard her soft voice  " I  am sorry" she said sobbing heavily  that  didn't  know when I  stood up to embrace her, I  can't  stand her  crying this much again after the way she cried 5 days ago in my office.

Both of us were crying right now that we didn't  say a word for about 5 mins, after 5 minutes  I said in a sobbing voice " I  am so sorry to have made you cried this way" and we broke our embrace and she says " you have every right to react the way you reacted but please hear my own side of the story"

" That is why I am here" I said.

" I  didn't divorce you willingly " she said crying . " I  never loved Mike, he forced me into marrying  him, that day I  had gone to buy contraceptives and all I know is that I  was knocked  down by a car, I  was weak, they took me into their car that they want to help me to the hospital  but along the way I  got unconcious and only woke up in a dark room and I  tried my best maybe I  could get out of there but I  couldn't,  I  had you and our kids and your mom on my mind then, it was the next day that I  knew I  was kidnapped  by Mike, he came in and ask me to divorce you and become his wife  I said  No , then he told  me he used my phone to send you a watsapp message, when I kept saying  I will never marry him for days that was when a laptop was placed in front of me showing that you and my kids and mother has been kidnapped.

I pleaded  with him but he threatened  to Eliminate you, my kids and Mom, I  was scared but I thought it was just a threat until they pulled a gun on you, I  watched  them shot you on your arm, I  couldn't  bear it, I  was scared they could Eliminate  my family but I  was proud of you that day the way you held one of the twins in your hand even in pain.
