CHAPTER 219

" To be honest, I do not really think that your parents are alive. Your parents are dead. Stop all of this and let us not discuss anything about death anymore. Anyway, let's not talk about your parents. We have had a long day girls and I think that it is time for us to go to sleep. We have spent alot of our nights fighting demons and speaking about useless things in our lives. It's time for us to go and sleep girls" said Naomi smiling.

" Yes mama. You are right when you say that it is time for us to go and sleep" said Ruth as she stood from the couch .

" Wait! I am still scared after everything that has happened to us. I cannot sleep alone in my room. Can the three of us sleep together in Aunt Naomi's room?" Asked Nelly a bit tensed.

It was indeed true that she was scared. She had never gone through such an experience of fighting with demons and healing a witch. She felt a little bit weak and a part of her body had been taken away. She had no idea why she was feeling that but the fact was that part of her body had been taken away by the spirit of comparison to immitate her body and her lifestyle.

" I can understand what you are trying to say Nelly. It's really fine. Let us go and sleep together in Mt room" said Naomi as they stood and left to her room.

That night they spent looking at each other and the ceiling as well. They tried to forget about everything but it was really hard for anything to be erased in their minds.

Evelyn on the other hand went back to the closer gates a bit devastated. She knew that ancestral vase would destroy her yet she wanted it inorder for her family to maintain power within the closer gates.

As soon as she entered the closer gates mansion, she found out that everybody was seated there waiting for her. They all seemed to be happy thinking that Evelyn had come back home with the ancestral vase.

" I wasn't able to get the ancestral vase even after using the spirit of comparison. The three of them ended up being more powerful and clever than I thought. At the end they chased me out of their house" said Evelyn who immediately went to her room.

" If mother hasn't been able to get the ancestral vase, there is only one person who can be able to do it. That person is none other than Purist Tupfer. You are the daughter she loves and trusts most. You must go to her tomorrow , gain her fill trust and then steal the ancestral vase" said Akeshia in a commanding voice.

" There is no way I am going to do that grandma. My mama and grandma have always supported me in everything that I did. Ruth made me believe that there are still good mother's out there when I had given up in my life. She has always fought for this family. No! There is no way I am going to betray her like this and may this be the last time I am speaking about this since I have made myself clear" said Purist who ran to her room.

She immediately locked the door from the inside and began to cry. She felt she had no right to betray Ruth after she stood in the gap of her mother for so many years. She even left her own town and went to live in a new town in order to protect her from a marriage she had been forced into. In the process of fighting for her justice, Ruth lost her own grandmother. Purist therefore felt she had no right to do that.

Akeshia decided not to pursuade Purist to go on with the plan. There was only one other person whom she felt was destined to bring the ancestral vase back home, that person was Faith Tupfer. It was much easier since Faith and Ruth were a bit close to one another.

Akeshia therefore decided to go and sit beside Faith who was seated at the garden inside the house. Akeshia warned her hands into Faith's shoulders as she tried to make her feel better.

" What you did for my mama has made me happy. You have brought Evelyn back to life and I will forever be greatful to that" said Akeshia smiling.

" It was wrong of me to bring her back to life. She has done nothing good but rather she has kept disturbing people's lives and making everyone feel miserable. Is that what you are happy for?" Faith asked Akeshia.

" Not really Faith. I am just happy that my mama is back into my arms. I have been waiting for this day for such a long time. There is just one more thing that I will need you to do for me" said Akeshia a little bit hesitant.

" What is it mama?" Asked Faith a bit curious.

" Please promise me by the palm of your hands that you will do whatever I want you to do for me" said Akeshia as sheld Faith's arm.

" I do not really want to promise you anything. I need to hear what I need to do first. You know me very well mama. I fulfill promises but I can't fulfill the promise if the promise is a bad promise. I just need to hear from you first" said Faith who had made herself clear about whatever she wanted.

" I need you to go to Ruth's place and bring to us the ancestral vase. We can't rule over the closer gates because the closer gates is theirs and not ours. Besides, I cannot betray my sisterhood with Ruth like that. I might be a bad girl but at least I am not a snitch. I don't betray the bonds I have created" Faith shouted at Akeshia.

" Who is talking about destroying bonds? What you are simply doing is bringing what's rightfully yours back home " said Akeshia.

" No grandma. I am not doing what you are saying. Let her hand over the ancestral vase to you if she wants to but don't you dare try to ruin her life by forcefully taking it from her or stealing from her. I will go against my own family for that. This family is filled with nothing but pride and always wanting to take whatever is never ours" shouted Faith at Akeshia.

" Lower your voice when you are speaking to me you little girl. You do not know what your grandma is capable of. If you really care about your life, you better not dare to try and go against. You do not know what your grandma is capable of. You better prepare yourself to go to Ruth's house tomorrow and bring back the ancestral vase" said Akeshia as she pointed a knife at Faith.

Faith widened her eyes in disbelief as she kept breathing heavily. She did not dare to utter a word. She was so scared about her grandmother at that moment that she nodded her head in agreement to everything.

" I want to go and sleep grandma. I will start over the mission tomorrow" said Faith who immediately left to her room.

At that night, Faith did not really want to sleep. She spent the whole night thinking about what to do in the situation.

She found out what to do anyway, and it was after long hours of thinking. Faith sneaked put of the closer gates and ran to the police station. It was time for her to take Tere and Haggai out of jail.

As soon as she arrived at the jail, she found out that there was no one at the jail with such names. Tere and Haggai had been released from jail a few weeks ago after someone bailed them out and it was a bit funny that the person who had bailed them out was none other than Ruth Bora.

Faith immediately left the prison filled with lots of anger. Her main mission was to arrive at Ruth's house and find out why she did such kind of a thing. As soon as she arrived, she kept knocking at the house as she shouted Ruth's name. She had never been angry like that before. She felt total betrayal.

Ruth tiredly went to open the door and was astonished that the next thing that Faith did was to slap her as tears welled down her eyes.

" Where is my mama?" Asked Faith as tears welled down her eyes.

" What are you talking about?" Asked Ruth a bit astonished.

" Where is my mama Ruth? Where did you hide her after you released her from jail without my opinion? When did we start hiding secrets from one another? What sort of a person are you? I am giving you twenty four hours to bring my mama to me" said Faith filled with lots of anger.

MARRIED AT SIXTEEN.
