Chapter 68

I was in the shower, washing off all the blood stains on my body. My body felt incredible cool. I wished I could have spent the entire day in the shower. I enjoyed the way the water felt on my skin. It sent shivers up my spine.

I was so relaxed that I didn't notice Elizabeth entering the bathroom. I didn't look down at her until I felt her naked body pressing against mine. "How did you get in?" I spoke softly.

Her hand was wrapped around my waist. As our bodies pressed against each other, it was a huge relief. I put my hand on her head and ran my fingers through her hair, all the way down to her back.

I guess she was having fun with it. She eventually looked up at me. We were staring at each other. The look, the water from the shower, and our chests pressing against each other completed the picture.

Her lips kept calling out to mine. I made my way up, invading her lips, which were as soft as warm carnations. She kissed him back, making it passionate. I had one hand on her neck and the other on her waist, while her hands were still around my waist.

I I was in my room with Lydia after we got home from school. We were sitting on opposite sides of the bed, facing each other. "Are you trying to say you don't remember how you ended up in Elizabeth's backyard?" she inquired.

"Yes, I only remember going to bed," I admitted. ""That's strange," she murmured, "I've also killed people and drunk their blood." My body was covered in blood "I stated.

"Is getting people involved a big problem, or should we ask Nicholas for help?" Lydia said, "Not yet, we'll go later," to which I replied, "Didn't Elizabeth question you about the blood all over your body?" Lydia inquired. "I compelled her," I explained, "but why?" She yelled and inquired,

*flashback*** Elizabeth and I were lying on her bed, the duvet covering us but leaving our heads exposed. We looked adorable together. Her head was resting on my chest.

"How come you had blood all over your body when I saw you in the backyard?" she inquired. "How did you end up in our backyard?" she inquired.

I'm not sure how to respond to her without revealing that I'm a supernatural. I suppose I have no choice but to compel her. I was standing in her back yard. That, I believe, would suffice. ***

"There was actually no other way for me to hide the fact that I'm supernatural than to compel her," I said softly. "Do you think I liked to do that to her? If not, I'll have no choice but to compel her "I tacked on.

"I guess you're right," Lydia said, "but I don't think she'll forgive you after she finds out." "I knew before I compelled her," I explained. "Don't you think we should go see Nicholas right now?" Lydia inquired. "That's correct," I said. "Let's go right now," I said.
