"Oh no, it can’t be Robert," I said to myself.
"You must have heard a lot about me," he said, walking towards a table where there was a bottle of bourbon and two glass cups placed beside each other.
He poured the bourbon into the two glass cups. I assumed one of the cups would be for me.
"What do you want from me?" I asked.
"Do you think I should answer that question, Richard?" he said, turning back to face me, holding the glass cups that contained Bourbon.
"Nope" "I don’t think answering him would be worth it," Richard replied.
Richard was standing opposite me. On his left hand was Manson, while on his right hand side was a girl. Her face looked really familiar.
Wait-I think it was the girl I ran into while I was walking down the hallway the other day. What was she doing here, I thought?
She knew who I was when we bumped into each other. She called me by my name, and she also said I was going to know who she was soon after I asked her how she knew my name.
What if she’s Fiona, and she doesn’t look like a vampire, and she isn’t one of them but allowed to be in the courtyard, where no vampire was attacking her?
In that case, what if she is Fiona? She works for Robert and she is loyal to him, which made her able to stay in the midst of vampires without being fed on.
They would not try to hurt her because Robert wouldn’t think twice before ripping the vampire hearts out of his chest. "Since you guys don’t want anything from me, let me tell you the reason why I came here. I was told to come here by Fiona, because me and her have something to discuss," I said.
Robert walked up to me, extending his right hand towards me. He was serving me a cup of bourbon. I looked at the glass cup. I couldn’t trust him. He may have poured poison into the drink before bringing it to me.
I should at least collect it, even though I wasn’t going to drink it. I collected it from him.
He turned to walk away. "I know you have a lot to ask her," he said jokingly. "Do you know why she texted you my address? I'm sure you don't. All that happened was planned but you couldn't notice," he added, stopping a few steps away from me and turning around to face me.
I don’t know why this guy is trying to play with my mind with his words. I don’t think I can take it anymore. I should get out of here soon. enough of all this gibberish.
"Okay, let me go straight to the point of why I have brought you here," he said. "A lot of things have been going on recently in the city, and you are somehow linked to them one way or the other," he added.
"A lot of things have been going on in the city. Please can I have some examples?" I asked.
