"Yeah, then I made some small discoveries; he's using Daniel as his alias," Mr. Fred explained.
When I heard Mr. Fred mention Daniel, I immediately had a thought: what if the Daniel I was referring to was actually Alaric? Is that to say he's been deceiving me all along? He can't possibly be Alaric.
"Daniel, did you just say that?" I inquired rhetorically.
"Do you have any knowledge of that?" Nicholas inquired.
"I know an old vampire named Daniel," I replied. "But I'm not certain if he's Alaric."
When he heard my response, he became interested in what I had to say. "Where can I find this old vampire he just mentioned?" he inquired.
"I don't know where he lives, but he shows up almost every time I need his help, but he suddenly stopped showing up around me," I replied. "But I had a feeling he had something up his sleeve," I added.
"Why are you suspicious of him?" he inquired.
He knew a lot about me before approaching me, and not just about me, but also about my father. "He spoke about him as if they were very close," I replied.
"I'm not sure why I think he's Alaric," he said softly. "Whatever the case may be, we should be aspecting Alaric soon, because he'll be paying us a visit soon," he added.
"All right, Nick," Mr. Fred said.
"Adam, don't you think we should surprise him?" he asked softly, then burst out laughing like a devil.
"Here he comes again," I thought to myself. When he laughs like that, he really scares me. Sure, we should give him a surprise "I responded. "By the way, I'm going to need Lydia in the surprise," she says "He stated. "And you better not screw up my plan this time; I'm not going to be gentle with you," he added.
“Okay, I'm sorry for what I did back at the courtyard,” I begged, adding, "I won't ruin your plan this time, but only if you carry me along with it."

I turned off my motorcycle's engine by turning the key anticlockwise, then reached for my helmet, unlocked it, and removed it from my head.
I strapped it to the motorcycle and locked it to it. When I saw Ellie walking in my direction, I got off the motorcycle.
I remained, waiting for her to approach me. "Hey, Adam," she said softly as she came to a stop in front of me.
"Hey, Ellie," I called out.
"How are you doing?" I inquired.
"I'm doing pretty well," she replied, a pleasant smile on her face. "How about you?" "I hope you're doing well," she inquired.
"Yeah, sure, I'm fine," I said, nodding.
"Remind me, when did you join the school team?" she asked.
"It was Just that day I joined the team back, I decided to let go of the past and try doing what I love again," I explained.
"That's really cool," she exclaimed. "You did, however, perform admirably. I was blown away "She mentioned it.
