Chapter 47

As the day went on we continued  planning on how to leave the house without anyone knowing, this might actually be considered a critical time of our mission. "We need to find a woman we have never seen without physical eyes  and we don't know where to find her and we can't have any setbacks this time…….

      "Aside from that,  my mum leaves the house by 7  o'clock in the morning,  and so do my siblings. My older  sister is a university student and so is my older brother. We will leave the house once everyone is out and come back before everyone returns"....

    "That's   a nice idea Reth, we can't risk going to a hospital, Athena added, …."but we  need a specific time and location, we can't go out there asking people for a golden palace, with a river goddess , if only I could teleport I wouldn't waste time.

     "What if  I could  stop time it won't be a problem and money might also be a problem because I have no source of income to get to fund our bills and transportation I can't ask Peter for money neither can I ask my mum without telling her the reason I am using the money so we need to limit our transportation",

      "So  Reth, do you think we can be of help in raising money"?, , Kailani said while staring at the chart, I drew, it was more of a zig zag pattern, it contained things we  predicted might happen, not excluding  discrimination along the way.

     Imagine a 16 year old girl asking for a direction to a golden Palace, when there's no  treasure "anyway  how about i sell some of my properties, that I am no longer using, to people who need them, then raise still money to fund our transportation and basic needs"

         I said while looking at my room I do have clothes and I don't need them  anymore.  " Are you comfortable with it ?"   Athena said, there were bridges on her forehead, which clearly showed that she was frowning.

           I smiled, they really care about me, but they are worth more than my clothes "  I am indeed comfortable. I can't have Junks at home   that might be helpful to others out there.

      I might leave some for future purposes  and I guess I have  outgrown some of my clothes that are currently in my closet, I know I should have thrown them away but I haven't so I will sell them. "  Thanks Reth, you are really the best, the most kind human, you have been really helpful to us, even to the extent of inconveniencing yourself to help us. We are indeed grateful",  Athena said as she stood up and we hugged each other again.

     It was time to sell my clothes and I had no idea on how to bring customers. I had no friends who could patronize me, Reth!,  this wasn't how we planned it". kailani said  as she  paced around the room like a worried  woman

     "What do we do now, Athena?Why don't we go out there and bring customers", Kailani said while pushing Athena back and forth. I love her childish behavior, I couldn't help but stare.

   " I haven't learnt how to use my powers  yet I have no idea on how to use them kailani replied, " let's just give it a try", well that's enthusiastic,  they both ignored me like I wasn't in the room, I  think I should be offended but I wasn't

        'Let me see how they will help out,'  I said to myself and I knew that they already read my mind because I saw the slight smile on their faces. They left me alone in the room as I grabbed a novel titled' lamb in the midst of wolves' . It has a good setting.

      I should read this before they come back, and I know no one will see them. I hope it's not a losing game. In no time I heard some knocks on the door. I will be shocked,who is knocking on my door this hot afternoon?

       Is the  person in a hurry? I asked myself as I walked over to the door and I saw a group of people who had enthusiastic facial expressions "we are all here to buy your fine clothes", wait what? 

   " Reth  please can you bring them out so we can check them out?"  they said I was surprised at what they said they're here to buy clothes, how ? why?  I think Kailani and Athena succeeded.

      How did they do this? I asked myself, well that's amazing but I had no time to ask  questions. They are goddesses  aren't they ? Weldone!, they actually proved me wrong. I can't wait for details.

     But still they were nowhere to be found I went to my room and I brought out the clothes they were not new but neither were they worn out, in no know time the people bought all my clothes and they  requested for more 

     I had no more to sell, I didn't want to  be naked they weren't pricing the clothes they paid  the amount  requested like they were under a spell, strange, right?, I got a decent amount of money that might serve me for a week,or two.

     Athena and kailani appeared before me after the patronizers left, they had a pride grin on their faces, " we did it, didn't we",they said as they smacked their hands together 

    " How did you guys make this thing work?," I 

asked simply oblivious," we simply commanded them to do so and they did,"..

. How?.... I guess we were desperate, to find new customers so kailani read their minds, some of them had weird and creepy thought" Athena said 

     "Then  I compelled them to get some clothes", well I guess we just figured out new powers, I can't wait to uncover more, we are getting closer, " Reth, do you know that there   were millions of people on the road, and some were dead?, . She added 

    I was Flabbergasted by her questions,  how am I supposed to know that?!..... " Some were really kind spirit, while some were evil, and wicked, I would advise people to reduce their bad thoughts when ever they are on the road.

       " I saw different spiritual beings, I really feel bad for those restless souls, '' Kailani added. I was so happy that our fundraiser worked and we also learnt a lot of things about the spiritual realm.

.     " So Reth, did we gather enough money for our needs?"..... "Yes  we did, more than enough I guess" I replied,  that means we can execute our plan tomorrow?  Kailani asked with the most cheerful face ever.

    " Yes kailani we would continue our journey tomorrow"
