Chapter 56

    I took my bath, then went to my mom's room, she sat like a king on her bed. Why is she sitting on her bed?She is supposed to be sleeping, I looked at her and she looked angry. Thank goodness the bulb was turned off.

    I don't want to see her face in the light, I might fall down, my legs always get weak when she glares at me, " sit" she commanded, I immediately day down, oh boy I am doom she sounded like thunder, how can a female voice be his deep.

    " Miss Anna called me" oh my goodness miss Anna called her?, I would be buster for sure, Kailani read her mind, she was having wild thoughts, finally they came in handy, her thoughts were not related to the relationship between me and Peter.

    But I hope for the best and expect the worst,." Miss Anna called me" she repeated, "yes I know miss Anna called you, get to the point lady" Athena said, she was anticipating the outcome but my mom wouldn't spill the beans.

       She said, ``you have something to tell me, what is it?"My mom asked, wow nice one miss Anna, you would have waited for me to tell  my mom, I wanted to do this when Peter was by my side, I don't know what to say to Athena, I am confused.

    " Don't worry Reth, glitter girls to the rescue". I laughed within myself. Did she just call herself a glitter girl? That's funny, " sleep" she said as she went close to my mom . She whispered it in her ears. My mom felt really really sleepy.

   She yawned, " we would talk tomorrow, Reth, go and sleep." I didn't hesitate to leave the room. Finally, I ran out and entered my room immediately, I saw Peter sitting on my bed like a monk,his two fingers resting below his jaw.

    He massaged his jaw like he had beards, " Rethabile love peter" oh my goodness is this what I am going to go through this night, David is a pest.

   " I called you didn't I?" Athena said, she is really enjoying my current state. I glared at her, " who are you looking at Reth?" David said, shit, why did they give birth to this boy, I would really love to be the last child.

          Do something I said to Athena, she smirked at me, that devilish smile, won't come for nothing, " what do you want?" I asked, you owe me, she said as she elegantly walke towards David, " sleep little Birdy", she whispered Into his ears.

    He stood up from the bed,  " Reth we have a meeting by 7 o'clock tomorrow, don't miss it, come with a snack" he said before leaving the room, wow can the day get more worse than this, now I have to bribe him.

    Back to Athena and Kailani, " What  the hell are glitter girls?" I asked Athena, she called herself glitter girl in my mom's room, she looks nothing like glitter,  kailani glitters more than athena, it's a lame name anyway.

   " Lame you say?, I couldn't think of a better name" she said while pouting. Kailani folded her arms, I really love their human behavior, " how do you want us to behave?" Kailani said, " no offense glitter girl" I said while raising my hands.

    She chuckled, so am I among the glitter girls?, I asked I don't like feeling left out, " yes Reth, you are the first glitter girl, leader of the glitter girls" she said as she walked to the bed.

  Aww I was made the leader, even when I had less power, I looked at them, I was grinning like a fool, " We might have all the powers, but we can't use them without you" Athena said as she pulled me in for a hug, aww even with their misbehaviour I still love them.

    Kailani joined the hug. I hugged them tightly before we went back to bed, " lover boy sent a message," Kailani said as she handed me the phone. They were more like humans to me, I could see, feel, and hear them, I someone was in my room, they would think my phone was floating.

    The funniest part is they can't be felt, I was the only one that could feel them, peter sent me some.messages, as usual kailani and athena were all over my body, they would reply even before type message, I don't need to be worried, I could leave my phone with them and Peter wouldn't know the difference.

   "Peter do you ever think we would find love, just like you and Peter" athena said, as she replied to my messages with Peter,  everyone finds love, you just need to open your heart, just like how a bird can't fly without opening its wings, no one can love without opening their heart".

    "Oh  Reth, you should be a life coach, you are amazing" Athena said, " does that mean we have hopes of finding love" kailani added ``I wish they would find love greater than mine, their mate would love and cherish them so much.

   Without judging them with their past, I don't know if goddesses do that, but humans judge a lot even when they are not perfect, " aww Reth, you are the best" kailani said as she hugged me, "we  were acting like couples in love the hugging might be too much now," I said while freeing myself from her embrace.

     Reth time to sleep, we have a long day ahead, I told peter goodnight accompanied with a lot of kissing emoji, goodbye is always hard, athena took the phone from me, then she looked into my eyes deeply, I could feel her intense gaze.

   " What?", I asked " peter looks at your eyes alot, I want to know what he sees in them" she said, I blushed had, she won't understand, until she feel loves towards another person, intense love, could make an ordinary thing become extra ordinary
