Chapter 124

    " What happened to Reth?" Kailani asked if I should be the one asking them, " hel and loviatar are at it again" lord ares said and I became frightened that name is Terrifying, how are they able to get to us when we are here"? I asked ares who gadca poker face.

     Is he allergic to smiling?, I asked myself if he arched his brow, I knew he heard me loud and clear, even Kailani and Athena had similar reactions on their faces, " they are supreme lord's, they almost have limitless powers" ares said and I became extremely curious.

      But my body hurts so much, I was beaten but it feels like I am burning inside, lord ares touched my neck, then Poked my eyes with his head, " you are dying" he said, I was shocked, why would he say such a horrible thing.

      My dad told me they won't be able to kill me they will only torment me, so why is ares telling me that I am dieing, " you are right, they won't kill you because you are important to them, but part of the torment is death all over again and again" ares said.

     I was shocked, what type of curse is this?, " Curses that only gods can do, I am sorry to tell you that you will die a million times till you have put an ends to this war" ares said then left me on the floor, with Athena,peter and kailani close to me.

       " My happy, come" Peter said as he pulled me towards his body he carried me on his arm,like a princess I couldn't move properly, he placed me on a leveled ground, and he placed my head on his legs, after placing a kiss on my forehead.

     " Don't worry Reth, we would be leaving here soon" Athena said as she left me with Peter, kailani followed her, I looked at her weakly they went to train, I felt emotionally, they were trying so hard to fight in future

         Ares started the training instantly, I vout see the determination in Athena's and kalinis face, as peter caressed my face, " my love don't leave me again" Peter said, I snuggled against his body, the pain was tormenting my soul.

     Peter kept holding me in place, as I closed my eyes and I imagined actually dying a million times, facing this pain over and over again, till I get a solution to my problem, surprisingly I want to see the ending of the whole issue.

    I have experienced what bringing a ghost feels like, now I will know what it feels like to actually die, " come Reth I want to spend some quality time with you" Peter said then carried me in his arms.

      And then placed me on his body, it's really weird, feeling this comfortable with the picture in my head, he is just a mere imagination and here he is comforting me like nothing happened between us.

     I love you" he said, " I love you too" I replied, I closed my eyes, as I locked the walk outside the door, I wanted to feel peaceful and carefree, and I can only do that with inner peace. " Inner peace" I said beneath my breath.

     It's been a while now and all I do is stare and watch Athena and kailani fight vigorously with ares, it's such a shame that I won't be a part of the training because of my illness, I really wanted to fight with druk the weird and huge beast.

         I am here sitting like a grandma, close to her sugar boy, ' ouch that's harsh" peter said with a smirk on his face, I rolled my eyes, mind readers, " well you have a busy mind" peter said, as he combed my hair with his hands.

      I was slowly depreciating, I felt weaker by the second, " you will be ok" peter said, Athena and kailani had been extremely busy, either they are training with ares or fighting amongst themselves, I am delighted to see them training, without my presence.

       " Retabile, I think it's time for Athena and kailani to fight druk" ares said, he hasn't concluded but I wanted them to train more, they were using both the techniques Artemis taught them and also the skill they had achieved from ares.

      This is the last training ground. If they don't Practice now they might never get the opportunity to learn anymore, and I can only push them to do what they are already capable of doing, just like when I wanted Athena to control the river because I knew she could do it.

      And now that i am sick, I can only coach them with my words, hel and loviatar are already on the loose, they want to get to me, but I am bent on destroying them instead, they can do their worse, I will stand by my words which is protecting Athens and kailani till they have gotten what they rightfully deserve.

        " Peter, do you know if Peter is still alive?" I asked imaginary peter, " no idea Reth, I am only here because of your imagination and desire, I hope you desire me forever" he said then caressed my lips with his thumb, I felt relaxed 

  I always feel safe when he holds me, or kisses me.

      " come Reth, let's play a fun game" Peter said, he was trying to cheer me, and I was interested in whatsoever game he wants to play, I am tired of staying in a particular position for a long time.
