Chapter 126

" Reth what is happening?" Peter said as he Shaked my body vigorously, I had no idea either, " Reth..Reth.reth!!" Kailani and Athena yelled out, but I couldn't say a thing, all I know is that I felt my life being sucked out, am I dying?.

      I guess I will have to wait to find out. I could feel parts of my body fade away, " good bye" I finally said, then I was free like the breeze, what will happen next?.

        " A new soul" I heard a voice, I opened my eyes, there's no pain here, I feel free again, where am I?, I woke up to meet a million eyes staring at me, " aaahhh, where am I?, Athena!!! Kailani !!" I called out but no one responded.

    " You are dead, my child, your sisters are no longer here" an old voice said behind me, it was a woman with no head, just bloody hands and neck,where is her head?, I Jumped up, this was so scary.

     " Don't be afraid little one you will get used to it" a man said then he placed his hands on my body all I could see was blood, I quickly ran out of there premises, this is too scary all the beings over here are scary so this is what being dead feels like.

    "Young lady what brings you here?" A head on the floor said, I screamed again then ran for my dear life, wait I am no longer alive, I slow down in my pace maybe I should just give them a listening ear.

     I stood still, fully aware of the presence behind me, " young lady, what brings you here you look spotless" a voice said, it sounded like a teenager's voice, I looked over my shoulder and I was shocked by what I saw.

     There was a lady standing before me, she was naked and had no eyes nor organs, or private parts, she had no boobs either, all were covered in blood, I fell to the floor, " don't worry dear you will get used to it we all did" she said as she. Signaled more People to come.

     All of them were so scary, " we were all victims of painful death" she said as she bent down, how can she see me?, " This is the spiritual realm anything is possible" she replied she is a mind reader as well.

    So they were all victims of accident, and painful deaths?, " How did you die?" I asked the eyeless lady before me, she sighed then bowed down, " I got kidnapped, raped and then the bandit cut of some of my body parts" she said.

     Even at death it still hurts her, " I was robbed then the robbers broke my head with a fire extinguisher" a man with a badly bruised head said, " I got killed by my sister" a woman with knife in a belly said," I was killed by my own son" a woman with several cut on her body said.

      Now i am overwhelmed, they all died a painful death, " we all did and our body hasn't been buried properly, and mourn that's why we are here, and together we are one family" the eyes lady said, " call me Jessica" she said then stretched her Bruised hands.

    I looked at it for centuries, then took it, it was so cold, " what's your name?" She asked, " rethabile, but my friends call me Reth, well just Athena and kailani" I said as I made an attempt standing up from the floor.

       " Finally! A voice said beneath me, I jumped on top Jessica in fear, was I sitting on someone all along ?, '' yes that's Micheal" Jessica said, kept looking at a weird being, he was so flat, " what happened to you?" I asked as curiosity toyed with me.

    " I was smitten by a truck, thereby turning me to a spiritual mat, '' Micheal said, It was really funny i couldn't help but laugh, he was really a spiritual mat, I wouldn't have noticed him if he hadn't said anything.

    " Well how did you die? Jessica asked, ``I know it would be weird if I have the weirdest death, " well I got cursed by a god" I said as realization struck me, I was told I die a million times does that mean I will leave him soon and then return?".

     " Does this mean you died because of a god's curse" Micheal asked, I nodded, " that's a high class death you got there mate" a man said with a foreign accent, " yes rethabile that's a high class death you got" another voice said.

    Eww, there's no such thing as a high class death, we all came to a particular place because we have something in common which is a painful death, " Reth you said you will be going back" Jessica said and I nodded, the land of the dead is intriguing I will love to know more about this place.

     " Well there's much to know about this place, there's an afterlife over here. We are rejected souls that haven't been properly buried, while over there" she said while pointing towards a distant beautiful location, which seemed to be a palace on a hill.

    " Over there is meant for people whose last right were completed" she said as she looked at that distant view I new she wanted to be there badly, '' he we all crave to be there one day but it depends on the people of the living, same of us finally got buried properly, and they left us, everyday we hope it's our day to be free" Micheal said

    " A Lot of our good friends were finally buried properly, like Paul, Mathew , Chad, Daniel oh oh oh, rethabile too got buried recently" Jessica said a I was shocked, and freaked out, a namesake got buried," please don't say it again" i said.

      " Rethabile, can you do me. Favor" Jessica asked, what can I do for a dead person, " please if you go back, help me tell my people to look for my body snd bury me properly you are my only ticket out of here
