Why did he choose to watch a horror movie when he couldn’t handle it? I won’t ever understand these humans.
He tried to hug me and I hit him hard on the head, and he collapsed in my arm, grabbing everyone’s attention.
"Sorry," I muttered as I began tapping on him, but he didn't respond.
Should I carry him outside? Nope, let me continue watching this movie. I muttered to myself, eating the popcorn while Nathan slept on my lap. I wave my hand on his face to make sure he is breathing and remove my hand. Weird human,
I muttered to myself and continued eating my popcorn and chewing it in ecstasy.
The movie came to an end, and Nathan was still sleeping. I really needed to pee. I started shaking my leg.
I removed his head from my lap and placed him on the chair. I can’t believe I also ate his popcorn. I said, looking at the empty cups beside him.
I walked out of the hallway and ask someone for the restroom.
The Author's Point of View
Nathan used his hand to clean his face and fell off the chair. He stood up, holding his waist.
"Oh my goodness! I am still at the cinema what happened? I don’t remember a thing," he said, looking at the two empty popcorn cups.
"Lucinda! Lucinda!" He called but got no response.
"Did she leave me here to sleep and go home without me." he thought, walking out of the hall.
He stood in front of the hall and sighed.
"She has gone home without me, I can’t believe I disgraced myself in front of her today, I wanted her to be scared like other girls so she could hug me. But it was the opposite. Sometimes I think she is not like any other girl." He grinned.
"Since when did you start talking to yourself?" Lucinda asked, and he turned to look at her in a surprised manner.
"You are still here I thought you went home without me," he said, and she tapped his back.
"Baby Nate, you think too much," she remarked with a smirk.
"Wait! What did you just call me?" He asked
"Baby Nate, isn’t that what you are?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. And he gave her a hard glare.
"Don’t call me that." he said with a serious face.
"Aren’t you the one that told me, I love horror films? It’s my favourite total bullshit," she said air quoting the sentence.
"Gosh! Nathan exclaimed, putting his hand on his face. He was ashamed. His plan had been ruined, and Lucinda was mocking him.
"Let’s go home, I am tired," she said glaring at him.
"You must be tired, let me call a cab," he said, waving his hand on the road.
"Better," Lucinda said, rolling her eyes.
He stopped a taxi, and the taxi pulled up in front of them, and she entered the taxi.
"Aren’t you coming?" She asked, and he nodded and enters the taxi with her. She rested her hand on the glass window, looking outside the window as the car drove away.
