An angel

"Tastes good!" she exclaimed, chewing the food and closing her eyes.

"Go get ready soon, my queen, something tells me Nathan will be here any moment from now." Medusa grinned.

"Gosh! Humans really can’t let a beautiful lady like me enjoy her weekend. " Lucinda stated drinking water.

"They leave a beautiful woman in peace, but your beauty is too much to be left alone," Medusa said, and Lucinda looked at her and walked to her wardrobe.

"What should I wear?" she asked, and Medusa looked at her.

"Hmm, wear whatever you like. You look beautiful in anything." she scoffed.

Lucinda grabbed a purple strapless gown and put it on, struggling with the zip. Medusa walked up to her and helped her with the zip.

"You look stunning." Medusa complimented and Lucinda twirled in her dress.

"Come, let me braid your hair." Medusa offered and Lucinda sat on the bed, showing her hair to Medusa.

Medusa started combing her hair slowly and started plaiting her hair.

"I wonder how Ralph is spending his weekend," Lucinda stated, smiling.

"Wait, who is Ralph?" Medusa asked curiously.

"He is a magical human," Lucinda replied.

"Ralph, nice name that’s the name of an angel the angel that accompanies Tobias's son in the bible," Medusa muttered.

"In the bible, give me a break have you seen an angel before?" Lucinda asked

"Not really, but I have heard an angel offer that name," Medusa replied.

"Okay if you say so, but I think people can bear the same name as angels It’s not a big deal," Lucinda replied, and Medusa let go of her hair, showcasing the one big braid she made.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Lucinda looked at Medusa in a weird way.

"I believe he is here," she stated.

"Can you tell him to go away? I don’t want to go out with him," Lucinda lamented, putting her hand on her face.

"Then you will have to tell him that yourself," Medusa said, pushing her to the door.

Lucinda took a deep breath and opened the door slowly, and eyed Nathan staring into his ocean blue eyes.

"Good morning," he said, giving her a cute smile that exposed his dimples.

"Good morning, how may I help you?" Lucinda shrugged.

"Stop acting silly and come with me," he said, taking her hand. Lucinda looked at their hands.

He dragged her out of the house and she looked at Medusa, giving her a see what you have caused look.

They arrived at the front of the building, and Nathan let go of her hand and stopped.

"You look beautiful today." he grinned, smiling.

"Did you drag me out here to tell me this?" Lucinda scoffed, turning her back to him.

"What's with the attitude today? It's the weekend; you should be having fun," he whined, and she turned to look at him.

"Fun how?" She asked, raising her brow.

"That’s more like it come let me show you," he said, leading her away from the building.
