"What is he doing?" Lucinda whispered to Ralph.
"I don't know, let's have a seat," Ralph said, dragging one of the chairs out to sit in when one of the men approached and pulled the chair away from him. Ralph fell to the floor.
"Hey! What did you do that for?" Lucinda asked, glaring at him.
"Who are you guys that have the guts to enter a restaurant that has already been booked?" The man inquired.
Ralph got up on his feet and walked closer to the man, glaring at him.
"It wasn't our intention to come in here. Can't you see it's raining outside?" Ralph snarled.
"I can see, but that doesn't mean you will come in here. This isn't the only place to hide from the rain." The man snapped.
"We are already here. Don't worry, we won't disturb you." Ralph assured and sat on another chair. He pulled Lucinda closer to him, and she sat on his lap. He put his hand around her waist.
"You can have that chair," Ralph stated with a toothy smile.
The man let go of the chair.
"We don't want anyone to be in here. Didn't you see that's the reason we rented this place, not just that you see any chef or waiter roaming around?" The man asked.
Lucinda and Ralph looked around and saw that they were the only ones there.
"Are you guys some kind of secret society?" Ralph Inquired.
"I don't have to answer to you leave from here." The man said, pointing at the door.
"You can't do that to us. You are old enough to be our father. You can't just throw us in the rain," Lucinda whined.
"I don't care about the rain; this is private property." The man snapped.
"We will leave when the rain stops," Ralph replied. The man's eyes started twitching. He gnashed his teeth and stomped towards the other members.
"Honeybun, do you think we should go? We can't fight them." Lucinda muttered, turning to see his face.
"We are not going to fight them, and besides, we haven't eaten, so we don't have enough strength to fight," Ralph replied.
The man approached their leader, leaning in to whisper something in his ear.
"Sir, the people refused to go." He whispered.
"What!!" The man yelled and slammed his hand on the table. He was wearing a lot of rings.
He turned to look at Lucinda and Ralph with a cold glare.
He waved his hand and they all started following him as he walked to Lucinda and Ralph.
"Who are you? Who has the guts to challenge me?" He asked, looking down at Ralph. He let go of Lucinda and they both stood on their feet.
"I am not challenging you, sir. I just want to be here with my girlfriend for a short period of time till the rain stops," Ralph assured.
"Can't you see this place is reserved if you like yourself, get out this instant?" The man declared.
