Chapter 51

Paul was not expecting his father to see him let alone embarrass him in such a way.

What happened to punishing him the way he used to where no one could see?

He thought to himself and why tell him to kneel. Was he in school or something?

But who was he to argue. He knelt down immediately.

"Now I do not welcome any side talk when I am talking.

I need you all to get my message straight.

"I called you all hear to tell you about your brother Andrew.

He had been with me since yesterday with his wife. Something bad has happened to your brother but because you are too busy fighting and not keeping contact with each other, you do not know.

His wife even left the house because of misunderstanding and because Andrew could not trust any of you he didn't call any of you.

"He called me"

Miles forgot himself and interrupted his father but before he could tell him to kneel down he covered his mouth and knelt down almost immediately and others smiled.

"Well you didn't let me land. Yes, he called you. But that is not what I want.

I want you all to be as strong as the name of this family.

I want your union to be as strong as the name this family has.

Well k wouldn't want to bore you all with my long speech. Those kneeling should please stand up"

They both stood up immediately.

This is my wish and I do not know if it is my last but I need you all to love each other.

Miles raised his hands to talk and his father gave him audience

"Daddy, you sound like we hate each other. We may fight a lot but that is just how we play. You of all people should know.

We could never hate each other.

Anthony spoke immediately.

"Miles is right. We have never had any serious fight ever be. It is usually all joke.

I never knew something was wrong with Andrew and he didn't even call me"

He then faced Andrew.

"But why didn't you call me?

Andrew couldn't look up at any of them he just nodded his head. Feeling sorry for himself. To think that he was the centre of the meeting.

Their father used to call meeting but Peter and Paul were usually the centre of discussion because they would always cause trouble outside.

Miles on the other hand was the centre of attention for the media he would always grant interviews upon interviews and the ladies love him.

Andrew was a calm person but very dangerous. Not very knowledgeable when it comes to academics but was very good at running a business. He would never take his time to research on anything if it didn't involve money. He hated wasting time on entertainment because it made him loose money. He used to love spending time with girls but since he got married he tried staying faithful to his wife until that reunion they had attended which had caused him his sanity.

Mr Anderson cleared his throat again to get their attention as his wife sqweezed his hands to encourage him to go on.

But then Paul's voice came again.

"Pardon me sir, but what is wrong with Andrew?

That was the question he was about to answer even though it had not been asked but that was why they were all gathered.

Now that one of his sons have asked he  he didn't know how to spill the beams.

He could only imagine why Andrew never told anyone. It was like swallowing a bitter pill. He didn't know how to say it.

His wife noticed his hesitance and spoke up.

"Well kids, your brother is sick and we are afraid the sickness has no cure for now.
