Thank you so much.

It's the second day, since Joseph was supposed to be dead, doctor Walter had been with him all through at the inn where he was kept.

"What are we going to do now" Prisca asked when she walked in along with nurse Joy.

"What do you mean by what are we going to do? Doctor Walter asked. Not really sure what she meant.

"Are we going to just bury him?

Now he understood what she was trying to say. once again, Joseph had no direct family, but he had relatives, and he had actually come from a place.

"I will take him back to his home town, there I will hand him over to them, they are already demanding for his body"

"So there are people that would seek for his body, but they never sought him when he was alive" nurse Joy said sounding all angry.

"That is life for you, people do not see you when you are alive, they will always leave you to be on your own, but when you are no longer in sight people tend to ask after you"

Doctor Walter was speaking with difficulty now, he seems to be going through alot, he hadn't had enough chance to get enough sleep, he had even sent his last child outside the country, where she would be safe from the hungry eye of the  people.

"I am really scared, standing just few metres away from him us a s scary as hell" Joy said, hugging herself.

"You are really funny, have you not seen dead bodies before, why are you this scared? Prisca asked, not enjoying her show anymore, be ause the inn was so dark and they could only see with the lamp placed on the floor.

"Ghost aren't real, I believe that when people due, they go straight to the world of the dead and remain there never to come back" Doctor Walter said hoping to help relieve their fears.

"But I have read that ghost do not just leave, they still stick around for a while, especially around the area where they had died.

"The news still says Anna killed Joseph, but none of them is saying why she killed ilhim, and why has she not been arrested now?

"She hasn't been arrested, because she didn't kill him" Walter said.

"But she stabbed him the first time?

"Yes she did" he answered simply, he knew they would soon ask him further to know what her reasons were.

"Then why did she stabb him? Came an inquisitive Prisca.

"Because she had found out that Joseph, our dear beloved doctor had lied to them"

They have all heard the news, that Joseph had lied to the Anderson's about Andrew's health status, be had given him a fake report and had also made him hate his wife, he had just been interested in destroying the family.

The question was getting intense, and because Walter didn't want to fall into telptation by talking too much, he decided to scare them a little.

"Jeez! He said and the two ladies jumped, looking towards the area where Joseph lay, still looking as clean and fresh as though he was alive.

"What is it? They asked in unison.

" I thought I saw something move" he said and before he could speak again, they both hugged him and started to shiver. They looked around but saw nothing, the Joy said.

"I saw it too, I saw something"  she cried pointing towards Joseph's reaction and even doctor Walter, who had initially started the prank also jumped to his heels.                          He should know better, after all he started the trick, fear has a way of making one see things that are not naturally there.

Fear is a vital response for human beings. If we didn’t feel fear, we couldn’t protect ourselves from threats. Our bodies and brains are wired to treat threats as life-threatening. This triggers an extreme fight-flight-or-freeze response.

Our fears are not solely dependent on instinctive responses. They are also shaped by our societies and cultures, which teach people when to fear and how much to fear.

Sometimes, our fear is unnecessary and we avoid doing things that could be beneficial to us. Sometimes, facing danger can result in lingering  responses that trigger us to act in a certain way, even when the risk is gone.

In this post, we look at writing about fear.

How do we write about fear in an authentic way?

Prisca was trying so hard to act like she was not scared as she hugged on to Doctor Walter, it could be felt that she had an accelerated breathing rate.                               An accelerated heart rate

Increased muscle tension and

Goose bumps.

doctor Walter had to be the man, he robbed her shoulder and he could see that she was freezing, they needed to leave the inn, but he was waiting for someone who was supposed to take Joseph to his home town, he would assist him by going with him so that the police on the road don't stop him, but here he had a real life situation to deal with.

It would have been better, if he hadn't started scaring them and if he hadn't been scared himself.

He was still trying to get Prisca back to her normal self, robbing her shoulder would make her know someone was there with her and she would loose her goose bumps but then Joy was sweating in an inn that was so cold, that was another fear trait.

She was Sweating, from the way her eye lids  tone Increased blood glucose, was not far from what she was having.                           Even Increased white blood cells would be seen and it won't stop there even after they had left, in their mind they had seen a ghost, they must totally have Sleep disturbances

Butterflies in the stomach

Difficulty concentrating

Difficulty swallowing a d

Dizziness and all this would be his fault for scaring them.

"It was only a prank, I played on you ladies

I saw nothing and there are no ghost

Ghost: a word itself a plethora of fear for the believers and Ghost: just another funny and entertaining label for the non-believers, the believers are fine but for the non-believers you know, there are hundreds of facts and queries arises from your daily lifestyle which you probably overlooked or you just ignore are left with an unexplained answer.

Prisca finally found her voice, and asked."What are Ghost?

In as much as doctor Walter would love to change the topic and not scare them any further, he had to make them believe that it was only a symbol of their imagination.

"Basically, a ghost is the existence of anyone who does not exist anymore or in simple language a non-living, soul or spirit of any dead person, animal, birds or anyone who did ever belong to the earth.

According to our ancient culture belief, the spirit or soul are the ones who is living inside a non-living body, hence the soul or spirits are separable from a body after the body deceased and the ghosts are the one who tries to maintain their existence in the living world after their body’s death.

You know an online survey concluded more than half of the people believe in ghosts, spirits and negative energy but for the real fact what are they? Ghosts are the trick of the subconscious mind which usually happens during their sleep according to a leading expert. However, some people experience paranormal activity during the day or even when they are fully awake.

The ladies seem to be getting their self back as Joy asked. What are ghosts made up of?

" Ghosts are believed by different cultures and differently named as dark spirit, Ghost, demons, Shade, Dark energy, Shadows, Bhoot, witch, devil, negative energy, etc. The worldwide believe that the spirits are made up of slight air and subtle and delicate material at their first and are reproductive to another body after the earlier body is deceased. In Indian and many other cultures, it is also believed that the spirit or soul of any person or animal get separated after the death and travels to another world to for evolving their existence, they also think that the spirits or souls live their livelihood until they reproduce for their new existence, so they also make arrangements of their loved ones spirit after their death and at the time of funerals. He paused and searched their faces, now I am going to ask,

Do sciences believe in ghosts? They were both silent, they couldn't really tell, and so Doctor Walter continued.

"We live in the era of great technologies which is given by science: science that works based on logic and explanations will justify the ghost’s existence with proper logics and circumstances, and it did.                               The science examined the all case scenario and came up with the justification that experiencing or feeling any supernatural phenomena is all in mind and believing and fearing is just a myth of the living. However, debates were still going on, and science neither accepted nor declined the existence of negative and positive energy.                       If this is correct, then why do people fear ghost? Joy asked. And as expected, Doctor Walter, has the answer.

"It is believed by human culture that a spirit is the living inside the body, also a Latin word “spiritus” which means “breath” from the earliest. They believe the spirits or soul is supposed to cut down every connection from the living world in order to reproduce in any other body when any spirit of soul possesses its existence on the world of living they believe that is because of any kind of vengeance, or for the intention of harm, any endearment or whim of their loved one or either they didn’t realize they are dead. Some of the people also believe that the spirits that were not welcomed in another world of the afterlife are bound up or stuck to the earth in a terrible way for their bad deeds, and there the spirit became evil spirit

and evil spirit became Ghost and Ghost became fear. The fear of Ghost is called ‘Phasmophobia.’

Believing in ghosts is still an uncertain question left among the world; some of us just watch horror movies, read horror novels or articles and leave it assuming they are part of the fiction. In contrast, some of us believe in Ghost, soul, spirit and afterlife on the basis of some past encountered experiences, some genital cultures, or even some basic folktale. I personally suggest whatever you choose either to believe in Ghost or not just don’t be afraid of the word ghost it will not only keep you distressed and nerve-wracked it will also affect you physically and mentally. He concluded and just then they heard the footstep of someone, they didn't want to act scared, they just stood transfixed until they heard the janitor say "Doctor Walter, your visitor is here"
