Friend's party

Victoria's POV

"I rubbed my hands on my face as the sunlight coming from the window flashed on my face. 

I rolled on the bed before opening my eyes, I opened my eyes and noticed Sonia was already back from God knows where. 

"You are finally awake".she spoke up when she noticed I was awake  

"And you are finally back, where did you go ?". I asked while getting up from the bed, I checked the time and noticed it was 8am, and I needed to be at work before 10am. 

I took out a towel from my closet and was about to walk into the bathroom when Sonia stopped me with her hands  

"What are all these marks on your shoulder?".she asked while staring at me with curiosity 

"Nothing". I tried moving away, but she tightens her grip on me  

"Did you have sex with DOM Tim ?".she asked while staring all over my body  

"Can you let me go of me, I'm already late". I muttered those words and remove her grip from me and rushed to the bathroom. 

I stared at the mirror and noticed the marks were still there. 

I left the mirror and step into the shower, took a quick bath and left the bathroom. 

I walk into the room and could still notice Sonia gaze on me  

"You did have sex with him right ?".she muttered those words not as a question  

I ignored her and put on my panties  

"Did he make you do all those stuff?".she asked while taking a better look on my body to see if they were any marks on my body. 

I roll my eyes at her, and brought out a turtle-neck dress and a long black pant. 

She stood up from the bed and moved closer to me before speaking up  

"You know Eric will kill you if he finds out you slept with another man ".she expressed those words like she was so sure of it  

I chuckled softly and turned to face her  

"Firstly, I'm not scared of Eric, and secondly I'm not his property, so he doesn't have control over my body or my life ". I stated firmly and began putting on my clothes. 

"You don't know what you are getting yourself into, all these alphas are always possessive when it comes to their mate and would do anything to anyone who tries touching them ".she shakes her head and pick up a towel. 

"I believe DOM Tim is also a werewolf, and he has his mate what makes you think he will have anything to do with you apart from sex Vicky, just think ".she muttered those words and went for the bathroom. 

Hearing those words from her, realization hits me, she was right why on earth did I not even think about this. 

Just like every other wolf, DOM Tim also has a mate and will definitely love her, no Wonder he was hiding his identity from me. 

I felt a sharp pain in my heart as I put on my clothes, indeed life was unfair to me. 

In a few minutes, I was done dressing and left the house. 

In a few minutes I was in the club, I changed my clothes and applied make-up powder on my neck to cover up the marks I got from DOM Tim, I went to the bar stand and started attending to customers. 

"So how big was it ". I heard a female voice behind me. 

I turn back front and noticed she was the same submissive who was sitting on DOM Tim's laps. 

"Can I help you with any drink ". I flash her a fake smile  

"I asked a question, how big was it ?".she asked with anger written all over her face  

"What are you talking about?". I asked even when I knew what she meant 

She smiled evilly at me and took a seat  

"I Wonder why DOM Tim will pick someone like you over me when you are not even a submissive, what makes you so special that hear popular Doms are all after you ".she stared at me from my head to my toe before speaking up 

"I bet they are just curious to see your pants that's all, since DOM Tim has gotten his way just watch how he will dump you and come back to me ".she smiled evilly at me before she stood up from the chair and was about walking away when I stopped her  

"Wait". I called out  

She turns and met eyes with me  

“This should be the last time you come here and say such things to me ". I muttered those words as a warning 

She stared at me for a while and I knew she wanted to say something, but she held back herself and walked away. 

"Rubbish". I muttered out and picked up a glass and started cleaning it. 

Few hours, I checked the time and noticed I have only one hour left for work. 

I was serving a customer when I noticed a DOM taking a seat, I walk up to him and realized the DOM was DOM mike. 

I met eyes with him and could feel a cold shiver run through my body as he stared back at me with anger and hatred in his eyes, and I wondered what I might have done to make him hate me this much. 

I swallowed nervously and calm down my nerves before speaking up  

"What will you like to have ". I asked while flashing him a weak fake smile  

"You ".he muttered out firmly while locking eyes with me  

"I want to have you".he declared those words like he meant every bit of it  

I stared at him and could see the seriousness in his eyes and I knew he meant everything he said  

He stood up from the chair and stared at me for a while before speaking up  

"I will make him pay, and you will be his punishment".he declared those words as a threat and walked away. 

I stood there, shocked and confused, I don't know what he was talking about and who he was referring to  

"It's time for me to take over".my colleague voice brought me out of my thought. 

I nod my head at her and started arranging my things. 

I changed my uniform and put on my clothes and left the club. 

I checked the time and noticed it was few minutes pass 5pm already, I took a taxi and in few minutes I was home. 

I took a quick bath and rush out of the bathroom, I brought out a red long dress from the closet and stared at it. 

I frown a little when I realized my dress might not meet up to kelvin's standard. 

I put on my underwear and was about putting on the dress when I heard a soft knock on my door. 

I tied a towel around my chest and went for the door, I opened it and saw Kelvin well-dressed in a black suit smiling widely at me. 

"Have this ".he handed a parcel to me  

"What's this?". I asked while trying to open the parcel 

"It's a dress I got for you, put it on, I'll be waiting for you outside".he smiled warmly at me and left. 

I closed the door and open the parcel only to see a beautiful green dress, well-designed with a quality material 

I put on the dress, put on my shoes and stared at the mirror, indeed I looked beautiful in the dress. 

I did a light make-up and pour out my hair to my shoulders before leaving the house. 

I got outside and saw Kelvin standing by the door with his one hand on his pocket while the other was pressing his phone. 

I met eyes with him and noticed how he flashed me a big smile, I smiled back at him before walking up to him. 

"You look beautiful".he murmured those words and kissed me softly on the cheek  

"Let's go".he open the door and I went in  

"Thank you ". 

"You are welcome".he smiled at me and closed the door before going to the driver's seat. 

He put on the car and drove off  

"You look good". I declared those words while taking a better look at him,  

He chuckled softly and ran his fingers through his hair before taking a glimpse of me  

"Not as good-looking as you ".he muttered those words with a big grin on his face  

I smiled at him and shyly looked away  

"So where have you been?". I asked 

"France, for a business deal" 

I nod my head and kept on singing to the song playing at the radio. 

In a few minutes I could hear voices and soft music playing and to worsen it all there were cameras, not just cameras, but cameras from radio stations and television channels. 

With wild eyes, I turned and stared at Kelvin who smiled back at me 

"You told me we were coming to a friend's birthday party ". I muttered out, still staring outside the window, luckily the glass were tinted. 

"Yes, he is a childhood friend of me ".he stated firmly 

I look around and nervously bite my lips, I wasn't expecting something this big 

"Are you okay ?".he asked when he noticed me biting my lips.

I stared at him but did not say a word 

"I'm so sorry I should have told you that he was a prince, I'll take you back home" 

"No, it's fine let go ". I gave him an assuring smile 

"Are you sure?".he asked 

"Yeah let's go" 

He smiled at me and came out of the car and walk up to my door and opened it. 

The moment he opened the door I noticed cameras on us and I became scared and nervous 

"It's okay I'm here ".he smiled at me and took my hand and led me inside the hall while cameras were following us around until we got into the hall, and they all left waiting for the next guest to arrive 

I took in a deep breath and relaxed myself when I noticed there were no more cameras following us 

"Are you okay?".he asked with care 

"Yes ". I smiled back at him, 

I stared around the hall and noticed the caliber of people in the party, with their dressing you need not be told how rich this people were, and I was thankful to Kelvin for getting me this dress if not I had looked really outcast from everyone here.

"Come with me ".he smiled at me and took my hand in his, and walked me into the hall, 

"Kelvin, you are finally here ". I heard a female voice behind us, 

We both turned around, and I noticed a lady in her early thirties smiling at us

"You came ?". Kelvin asked

"Of course you know I love things like this ".she chuckled softly and smiled at me 

"Is she the one ?".she asked while staring at me with a big grin on her face 

"No, she is just a good friend ". Kelvin replied 

She smiled at Kelvin before moving closer to me while she took in a deep breath and closed her eyes

"She has a fascinating scent ".she muttered those words while smiling at me 

"What's her name?'.she asked with her eyes still on me 

Kelvin did not answer her but rather he stared at her, and she did the same to him, 

They both stared at each other for a while and none of them said a word until I gently tap Kelvin on the shoulder 

He moves his gaze to me and smiled at me 

"I'll be leaving ".she muttered those words and stared at me with a different look that I couldn't explain before walking away.

"What was that?". I asked confused 

"Don't worry about that, my sister is always like that ".he muttered those words while staring around 

"Your sister?". I asked shocked 

"Yeah, my elder sister ".he flashed me a weak smile and kept on staring around like he was searching for someone 

"Is everything okay ?'.I asked 

"Yes".he nods his head at me and led me to a table 

"Sit".he drew out a chair for me and sat on it while he sat opposite me, 

He smiled at me and kept on staring around, and I knew something was wrong 

"Tell what's wrong ". I asked almost like a plead because I was becoming uncomfortable 

"My mate".he whispered 

"He is here ".he muttered those words, still staring around until his gaze fell on someone.

I turn around and noticed a young man in his early thirties putting on a navy-Blue suit with white colored hair staring at both of us, most especially me.

Standing behind him was a girl I assumed was his girlfriend.

"Is he the one?". I asked, 

Kelvin nods his head and looked away.

I stared at him and noticed he was hurt for seeing his mate with a girl.

"Are you alright?". I asked while staring at him,

He took in a deep breath and smiled at me 

"Of course, I'm okay ".he flashed me a big smile and took drinks from the server man.

I stared around the room and saw a big cake at the middle of the hall and noticed a fine young man talking to people, without being told I knew he was the celebrant because he dressed like a prince 

"Come let's go say hello to my friend". Kelvin stood up from the chair and took my hand

"Don't be scared, he is a very friendly fellow".he muttered those words and led the way.

I slowly followed him until we got to where the prince was standing greeting guests.

He noticed us and flash us a big smile

"Happy birthday ".he did not let those words finish from kelvin's mouth when he pulled him to himself and gave him a tight hug 

"I never knew you would come ".he smiled and let go of Kelvin who also smiled back at him 

"You know I wouldn't miss this for anything in the world". Kelvin muttered out while smiling at the celebrant 

"Beautiful ".the prince muttered out while moving closer to me, the more he came closer to me the more I noticed the color of his eyes were changing.

I moved a little bit from him, and he noticed it and closed his eyes from a moment and took in a deep breath before opening them 

"Sorry about that".he muttered those words with a smile on his face and moved closer to me 

"Beautiful ".he muttered those words and brought forth his hand to my hair and tuck my hair behind my ear 

"Beautiful ".he muttered out again 

I smiled at him and was about looking away when I met eyes with Eric 

He was standing few footsteps from me with his two hands in his pocket and a furious look on his face, but the thing that scares me the most was the color of his eyes , they were darker and full of anger

"Shit".I murmured to myself.
