Carly led the way towards Dylan's childhood bedroom smiling. First it was the excitement at the thought of recreating a part of their past life memories because that's what it felt like, then the nervousness because just kisses was how far they had gone with intimacy in the present. Her heart was racing with anticipation of what it would be like now that they were no longer teenagers. Multiple factors could influence it to go either way. She stopped at the door and waited for Dylan to open. She observed her and noticed her hand shake as she twisted the doorknob. It was reassuring to know that she wasn't tensed alone. She sighed and followed her inside. The room was just as she remembered it. Instead of the pink her room had been,Dylan's was blue with white touches in some parts. Her trophy stand still stood next to her closet containing all the trophies she had won in high school all arranged from the biggest to the smallest. Next to it was the cabinet she used to store all her sports accessories but her basket ball was still lying at the top just as she remembered. She turned to her and chuckled nervously.
"This takes me right back to what we used to have in this room.the memories we made here."
Dylan smiled,"It's a good thing I didn't disassemble anything."
"Even if you did, this whole area has memories of us hanging around. The compound," she smiled then continued,"The kitchen where we made up after our first break up and also everything I kept in my mind."
Dylan walked towards her after closing the door. She stopped just inches before her.
"I prayed everyday to see you in this room one again and here you are. At some point I lost hope but what I just couldn't push away was the thought of you. I still wished I would hear from you, just know how your day went." Carly stood there listening to Dylan. She hadn't expected that this was the conversation they were going to have but it was good as well. If they were planning on moving past their past mistakes, they needed to go through them not around them. There was no edge in Dylan's words and her face was calm as well. She however felt like she needed to say something about it.
"I-"
"Shh," Dylan shushed her and cupped her face. She smoothed her hair back behind her ears. "You wear it down nowadays." She stated but Carly nodded anyway."I understand everything,we don't have to keep going back there. We have both been through a lot and if we keep treading on the same position,we will never get to where our hearts belong. I want to move on Lee and not with anyone else. I want you,I always have. I have been so lost multiple times but the thought of you brings me back. I think deep inside i kinda felt that we would have this again."
"Do you want us to start over?"
"No. If we said we are starting over we will be lying because we have been a part of each others life all along. Let's take this as a second chance; to pick up the broken pieces,to continue this love from where we left, strengthen our bond. This is not to make things right but to prove we could be better even after we fall." Carly's legs moved automatically of their own accord so that she now stood just below Dylan's face. She didn't leave her eyes. She wanted to read her and she her. She wanted to be able to capture every emotion in this moment. She placed her hand on her chest and felt her heart beat rhythmically to hers. "It wasn't us who weren't ready for this all those years ago. The time wasn't ready for our first chance at love but now...now it is."
"What did I do to deserve you? You are so good to me. That even after I strayed and took some detours," she stopped realizing that she wasn't supposed to look back in the past. "What I know is that we are meant to be together and now that we found our way back to each other,I'm never leaving you again. This is where I belong, right here with you. I have a home in you and you in me. I love you so much Dee."
She kissed her fiercely. Not greedily, hard but not forceful. Strong enough to make her intentions known. She needn't have. Carly was already aware of everything from the depth of her arousal to how Dylan's skin felt underneath her fingers. She wasn't sure how her hands fond their way under her shirt. Dylan began trailing kisses long her neck, her breath hot on her skin casing her to shudder. The feeling of her mouth right there sent all levels of excitement across her body and as if the organs communicated in sync, she felt her strength leave her leaving her with just enough to hold her body in place. Even that was taken away the moment Dylan whispered into her ear.
"I want to love you." All she could manage was a slight nod as she felt her hands cup her breasts and then begin to pull down her bra to get easier access to her breasts. That wasn't enough. She needed to feel her direct contact with her skin. She needed her to grab those breasts that were longing t be touched and because she couldn't speak, she pulled away for a moment and took off her blouse almost ripping off the buttons. When she stood in front of Dylan with just her bra half worn, she saw her blink her eyes in disbelief but fixed on one position. She unclasped the bra and took it off completely but slowly, never taking her eyes off Dylan's. "You are even more gorgeous!" she exclaimed and touched the breasts, slowly and hesitantly at first.
"What can I say? You are looking at the finished product of your teenage lover. The full package," she replied even though all she wanted was her to stop chatting and cool down her body which felt like it was on fire. Her chest heaved up and down rapidly.
"My first love and the woman I'll ever love," Dylan corrected then in one swift move, she swept her of the ground and led her to bed. She laid her on her back then started trailing warm wet kisses along her exposed skin, from her neck to her chest in the valley between her breasts then down to the stomach. When she moved up again, she took one of the two very aroused nipples into her mouth. Carly shivered underneath her as her chest rose upwards meeting Dylan's mouth.
