Everyone present in the hall brought out their phone to take a video record of this part of the joining together of the couple. This is the part where audience at a wedding agitate most for.
Once they hear the priest ask the groom to kiss the bride. Then everyone becomes an agitator. People from the groom’s family and his friends begins to hail him and encourage him to kiss well.
Every where becomes noisy. And almost everyone will be up standing forgetting that they are supposed to be orderly, calm and collected.
The groom held unto the bride kissing her like she was a meal he has been starved of.
K watched them then he smirked. He made a remark about them kissing like it was the first time they did. And swiftly, his eyes moved over to Lanre. She sat reserved on the chair where she was.
If he had not encounter her once, he would believe she can’t talk. A girl like her shouldn’t know how to defend herself. She looked too sophisticated, graceful and reserved for the kind of mouth she had.
He suddenly wished it was them here kissing. He would kiss her till her lips become entangled to his and unable to let loose. He wouldn’t mind taking her before the altar, just that he wouldn’t want a third party around.
He locked his lips at this thought. Then then he shook his head when he realised he was already going deep fantasizing Lanre.
The priest asked the newly wed couple to sign on the wedding certificate. After which they were allowed to leave for their reception. They all went outside exchanging hugs.

“It’s a lie!” She exclaimed hugging the lady. It was her big sister. She had not expect her to come to her wedding because all her siblings were giving her the excuse of a lifetime why they cannot make it to her wedding. It seems her big sister was set to surprise her.
Even her mother was surprised. She had no clue her eldest daughter will be coming. “Alice, you came. How come I did not see you since?” The mother asked While hugging her daughter.
Alice laughed. “Mama, don’t mind me”. She said. She had a grin on her face. The mother noticed and immediately knew she was hiding something. Just then she felt her eyes were closed. Well it was not hers alone, but Anita’s.
“What is the meaning of this na? Who is covering my eyes? Chimo! This hand, is it not Goziechukwu’s hand?” The mother asked.
Meanwhile Anita was also trying to guess whose hand was over her eyes.
“Brother Gozie!” She called on hearing her mother call his name.
“Boom!” Two male voices echoed at the same time.
“Brother Gozie! Anita almost jumped on her elder brother, but her wedding dress restrained her.
