Lanre and Ify are roommates and students of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu state. While Lanre is a beautiful light skin girl from the city of Ibadan, Ify whose full name is Ifeoma is dark skinned from the coal city, Enugu and both are undergraduates studying Mass communication and are in their final year. 
Unlike Ify, Lanre is the wild type who has her eyes for extremely flashy things, so when a guy approached her and asked her to marry her, she thought he wanted to hinder her from leaving life to the fullest until she realised he was the governor's son and wanted him for herself. But he was already engaged to Ify. What price is Lanre willing to pay to marry the "Governor's Son"?

The Governor's Son Is Mine

Ify attacked K after Christian had left. She asked him why he stopped her from going to help her friend. K laughed. Then he sat down with his legs crossed. He pulled her down on the couch as well then he pinched her chin holding it up.

“Your friend, that was then but not anymore. You do not see her as a friend anymore. I mean you spread lies about her and what were you trying to do? You want to go see how sick she was? You want to go mock her with your presence? You must be sad that someone helped her, why are you not showing it? At least you are free to unleash your anger at me”. K said to her. She tried to push his hand away but he was holding her too tightly.

“Be fast so we can be equal! I’m horny and need f**K, can you be Lanre? Can you do it like her?” He asked her. She looks at him disgusted. She struggled to free herself from his grip.

“It is useless Ify! You are not strong enough to free yourself. And am sure you won’t be able to satisfy me either. And funny I can’t let Christian have her either. I’m beginning to think I should make Lanre my mistress. F**K her and keep you as wife. Marry one, get one free”. K said laughing. He finally lets go of Ify. She shook her head.

“Now I know why she refused to marry you in the first place. But it won’t work on me. You will marry me and you are not getting anyone free. She won’t even accept that”. Ify said. K told her he was thinking of kidnapping Lanre.

“You could be my accomplice. I mean, since we are in an agreement, let us help each other get what we want”. K said laughing yet again. Then he stood up and walked away from the house leaving Ify there alone.

“Did he forget that I’m with the video of his mother trying to make my mother steal money from CBN? Or is he mentally ill?” Ify asked no one in particular.

“If he was going to say this to me, why did he then tell Christian that I’m the only woman he wants? What was the need for that?” She could not help but wonder. She sent him a message to remind him that she would release the video if he ever thinks of going back to Lanre. She had to protect her relationship even if it means doing something evil. At least she had things under control this way.

But panic came in two days later when Ify found out that the new person in charge of the Governor’s wife’s wardrobe and looks was no other person but Lanre. It all spelt trouble for her. Lanre must have done this on purpose. The problem us that she does not know what Lanre would do. Or did she wants to win the heart of the Governor’s wife and turn the woman against her?

Panic
