' It's called Book of Contract or Book of Promises. It is created by a powerful guild called Mage Union. Whatever you write inside this piece of paper you have to follow that. ' Said Stebin with a smile.

' Well, you only need Mortal Rank book of contract for now. Because Only Golden Core Realm Cultivators could go against the Mortal Rank contact without dying. And it will cost you 50 silver points per page. ' Said Stebin with a smile.

The second section is divided into different room's that the bronze colour Tablet members will use to sell their corpse or anything else. If a normal copper colour Tablet member wants to sell something else other than corpse then they have to sell those in 4 floor. ' Stebin Said while taking Arthur to a room specifically used for selling corpse. There was a middle-aged Man sitting crossed leg inside the room. When he saw Stebin entering the room. He immediately stand up and then respectfully greet him.

' Branch Master, how can i help you ' the middle-aged Man politely asked.

' Here's you can take out your corpses for counting ' said Stebin while giving a small nod towards the middle-aged Man.

Arthur gives a nod then took all the corpse exept the corpse of The QI Gathering Realm Stage 2 monster.

Stebin was stunned when he saw that there was 5 Qi Gathering Realm Monsters corpse included among the corpse.

" I was right " he thought then said to the middle-aged man.

' count them then finalize the amount '. Stebin Said.

' Brother Arthur have you broken through to Qi Gathering Realm ' Stebin asked Arthur with a smile.

' No, but i have reached Peak of the Body Tempting Realm. Is there anything that can help me in breaking though to Qi Gathering Realm like the pills. ' Arthur asked Stebin because he wanted Michael, Eddy, David and Sebastian ro reach Qi Gathering Realm as soon as possible.

' There is a Pill called Spirit Gathering pill which can help in breaking though to Qi Gathering with 100% success rate. Only bronze colour Tablet members could buy these. ' Stebin Said to Arthur.

' How much would that pill cost ' Arthur asked.

' It would cost you 2 gold points without. If you use your tier 3 WTA card you can get 40% Then it would cost you 120 Silver Points. ' Stebin smiled and Said to Arthur.

Arthur nodded with a smile and didn't say anything.

' Arthur, if you want to establish your guild i would recommend you to reach Qi Gathering Realm first then establish your guild. ' Stebin Said to Arthur with a serious expression.

' Why brother Stebin ' Arthur asked when he saw that serious expression on Stebin face.

' The guilds are divided into Tiers from Tier 1 to Tier 9. And Tier 1 is the weakest while the Tier 9 is the strongest. To Become a Tier 1 guild you need to have atleast 1 QI Gathering Realm expert. The same way if someone wants to upgrade their guild to tier 9 they needed to have atleast 1 Martial Emperor Realm expert. I'm not talking about combat power but I'm talking about Cultivation realm. So if you don't reach Qi Gathering Realm but wanted to establish guild then your guild will be a unranked Guild without any tier. ' Stebin Said to Arthur with a serious face.

' are there any benefit for being a Tier 1 guild ' Arthur asked Stebin.

' Yes there are many benefits but they can explain that to you. And one more thing is that each Tier is divided into 3 substage that is Early Mid and High. They will explain that to you about the substages. ' Stebin Said to Arthur while looking at him.

' Sir I have counted everything. There are 4 at peak , 6 at stage 9 , 10 at stage 8 , 1 at stage 7 , 2 at stage 6 , 2 at stage 5 corpse at Body Tempting Realm. And 5 corpse at Qi Gathering Realm Stage 1. So the total is 6980 Silver Points. ' Said the middle-aged man respectfully. (100 silver points is 1 gold point)

' Round that up at 70 Gold Points then transfer that to this young friend over here ' Stebin Said to the middle aged man.

' Sir can you please follow to that machine ' the middle aged man said while pointing at the machine in the corner of the room. The middle aged man then walked towards the machine.

Arthur followed him while looking at the machine curiously. The machine looked like the ATM machine which had a card holder and a screen.

' Sir please put your WTA card to the card holder there. ' he said politely while pointing at the card holder in the machine.

Arthur then put the WTA card inside the card holder. He had already linked his card to the WTA Tablets so he could do transaction through his WTA card.
